The ambiance was tranquil, with numerous locals jogging and a gentle flow of students on bikes heading to school, creating a harmonious blend of activity. The square exuded a peaceful charm, making it an ideal spot to soak in the quietude of the morning and witness the city's rhythm come to life. It's not just a town square; it's a tapestry of everyday life and a perfect prelude to the delightful gastronomic adventure that awaited me at Garang Asem H. Masduki.

Good place to hang out. You can find Pekalongan Tradtional food here such us Tauto Tjarlam, Nasi Megono and Lotong glabet in the evening. The legendary warong masduki, mall and the iconic "mesjid Jami' mosque just accross the street. The unique pecel lontong is under beringin tree in the morning and also the legendary "Ice Coconut milk with durian" Is just close by. Oh ya, there was a living music in the evening till 10 pm.
