Sorry but had to do this. The view is extraordinary and the room also great. Having splendid pool and gym is another great perks. However, I had bad experience with their restaurant. It began when I order sirloin steak and avocado juice at the hotel's restaurant, the waiter tells me that the juice unavailable hence I changed into their specialty drink...the "jeruk kunci" drink. When I ordered my food it was 6.20 pm/18.20 wib. My drink came at decent time, but my food sadly never come. I thought since the kitchen just open (since there's only 1 staff, and he seems busy preparing the kitchen), it might take a while. Then past 7 p.m I heard sizzling sound which I guessed that was my steak, but apparently it was another guest food. When I asked the waiter about my food, it became clear that my order was forgotten...and I've been waiting for nothing. That's why I was confused why the waiter didn't ask for the sauce type nor how the steak will be cooked. Since I need to meet someone at 8, I decided to cancel my order and just pay for my drink. Honestly I expect more since it's swiss-bell...hoped you'll improve your team and management since it seems that the kitchen running real slow to me. Otherwise the view will become useless if the service is bummer. Tldr...I waited more than an hour for a forgotten steak.

An old hotel, with a beach that you cannot swim in. Breakfast is extremely lacking especially for a $150 price tag per night - I should’ve stayed at the Sheraton. Flies everywhere at the dining hall. Definitely not worth the money. Rooms are quite nice though.

Went here for dinner with some friends. Was great company and atmosphere! Service was quite slow. Food was not too bad, no cocktails - only mocktails. Oh and be wary of the massage experience 😒. 4/7

Even the garden view got a decent view. + Very nice location and wasn't that far from city + The beach is amazing and easy to reach other small island by boats + Very good lighting + Gotta like the color combination of the room + Speedy check in and its nice to get registered into swiss belhotel membership. + Staff is the best part here. I have no idea with other swiss bel that didn't help me with this although i stayed there for 4 nights. Thanks Rico Faisal for problem solving and membership registration. + The beach in front is beautiful especially if you look from the balcony + Open space hotel is a big plus in the pandemic era + Two swimming pool and available in 0.5m and 1.2m which is nice + Huge area and you can walk around the resort which is really nice for me. + A viewpoint next to the pool which is really nice place. You can see the stars at night and you can admire the blue sky and emerald sea on daylight - for the top room and some suite, they should made a switch for balcony lights. Too bright for me. - i wish the grand deluxe came with a better view and bathtub - The beach needs a lot of work seriously. Its better to see it far away from the swimming pool. We got an issue with aircon on the first room, it's pretty hot even at night. They moved me to grand deluxe room and its nice to get an upgrade. Really appreciated the problem solving and solution they gave. I ended up stayed another night and spend more to stay in the same room. And i really count this as a big plus and the main reason i gave 5 stars Overall its really nice experience with swiss bel group. Already stayed in swiss belhotel semarang surabaya solo cirebon and belitung gave me a good experience and it's a brand that i can trust.

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights here to celebrate her 60th birthday and our belated Honeymoon. Our initial contact was with Rahman who gave us a guided tour of the property as well as explaining the various services and facilities on offer. A superb package was organised which included daily breakfasts, 2 family lunches and a romantic dinner. The food, the service ,the courteous/friendly staff plus a very comfortable 4 th floor room with views out to a neighbouring island created the ideal formula for a superb break. Sincere thanks to the room staff, Arifin and Kadek from the Kitchen Team and Rahman from the front desk and the other team members who made out stay memorable. THANK YOU KINDLY

The view was Mashaa ALLAH beyond beautiful. From our ocean view room you can see the island of Lengkuas, Tj Kelayang and several more. Just few step away from the white sand beach. The staff was friendly and breakfast menu was fine We are surely will come back ❤️

Perfect spot to unwind rest and relax. Infinity pool with the view is just amazing! Breakfast spread although it's not the best but food tasted delicious with its impeccable service.. Great place. Definitely.

Very friendly staff, comfy room (4 stars cuz aircon is a bit noisy, the view makes up for it), great pool, location is ok providing you rent motorbikes and we enjoyed the food (and the warm company of the F&B manager Arifin!)

We stayed in swiss bel belitung twice already. Perfect spot, that when you wake up in the morning, you will see the beauty of the sky and the sea. The staff are so welcoming and the food is great. They also cater our needs and our requests. If you want to book in this hotel, choose the ocean view. Its worth it.

I came here to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect; the friendly staffs, the room clealiness, the view, the wedding anniversary greeting, until i heard kinda loud machine sound in the middle of the night, at 00:15. I called receptionist because it was quite disturbing. I thought it was from AC, then i tried to turn off the AC but turned out the sound was still there. The technician came to my room said will check. And then he said it was a sound from rooftop or something. The sound of AC outdoor and water pump. He said he will go upside to check and then he never comeback while my husband woke up to wait for him and it made him got headache. We assumed that no solution of the sound because it impossible for the technician to turn off the water pump. I was too sleepy to keep complaining to receptionist and doubt wether we will get solution, and if we get maybe we will just be offered to move to another room while my baby was sleeping. I want peace. I decided to turn on TV to decrease the disturbing sound while we sleep. Me and my husband wasn't get well sleep because the machine sound keep singing until early morning. That moment made me sleepy until 08:30 and missed my own plan to take morning walk to the beach and swim. Seriously guys, Swiss bel is a wellknown hotel group in Indonesia so i don't expect this tragedy happen. I wonder, Did the architect double check the sound of machine when they develop this building??? And will the hotel come with the compensation of the tragedy? I guess no so i stop complaining because my vacation was already ruined and i canceled my decision to extend staying at the hotel for the next 2 days. I was gonna give 1 star but the hotel did my request for the anniversarry setting compliment of swan shape towell with fresh flowers so i gave 2 stars instead. Anyway my room was 525. And i asked for the comb that never come! And unfortunately it isn't stop there. I checked out and clear everything at reception. And then i waited for my husband at the beach near hotel. the receptionist called me again after 1 hour said i still have room service bill. I already gave deposit by credit card and the first reception is already confirmed he will deduct my deposit by the amout of my bill. But then after one hour of check out the other receptionist asked me to swipe my credit card again said it can't be deducted from my deposit money. And what is the point of deposit money???? Why i put deposit if i can't use it for my bill? Poor system and i'm so bad mood to stay here. I know the manager will just say sorry and ask us to come again.. hahahah... train your staff, madam! They all friendly but unproffesional. But If you all cherish your mood, you will never come back to the poor place, right? UPDATED : Dear Mr Rahman Hidayat, "We really appreciate your business and hope that the arrangements made for you are our way of expressing our sincere apologies for the noise disturbance caused by the outdoor air conditioning and water pump on the rooftop. Should i get compensation of my complaint as apology? Stayed 2 nights in December 2022 for a family vacation. Let me start with the good things. Nice swimming pools with great ocean view, friendly and attentive staff from receptionist to restaurant and cleaning staff to managers. WiFi is available everywhere in the resort with good speed. The room we are staying is on the 3rd floor with ocean view. It's quite ok, but there are details they need to improve. The most annoying part is the tea/coffee cup. There are tea/coffee stains in the cup, looks very uncleaned. When we asked another one. The staff came up with a same uncleaned one. It seemed they knew the problem but still bring a dirty one. We weren't happy. They finally brought a clean cup in the end. Some of the towels are also looked very wore-out.

Nice room with a balcony with ocean view. Good food & value for money. Not so far from the city. The place is so quiet & relaxing. And helpful staff, especially Rico, fast response and fullfil my requirements. Will be back again when visit Belitung island! Thanks

Hotel location is 40 minutes from the city near beaches in tourism area. However, not many restaurant nearby and online food delivery is not available as most restaurant is locate at city central. Coffee is also need change to be more bold in taste. Good services from the staff, all is nice, communicative and helpful. Price is midrange. Breakfast need more improvement in taste and also the variety. Hotel have swimming pool with ocean scene in the background. There are small beach below the hotel but is not well maintenance and too shallow for adult. Overall is good hotel and I believe it will be change and transform to best hotel in their next journey

it's located a bit far from downtown, quite difficult to find public transports and ATM, the staffs are welcoming and nice.. have clean rooms and nice view on balcony, sea view around this hotel is beautiful too but breakfast menu need to improve.. still a good place for a staycation

Poor management in the hotel. It was actually a hotel with very good hardware but the people were lousy. Check in was fast but the key given was unable to open the door. Cleanliness is a big question mark as they probably not change the bed sheet and you can see dirty stain, hair and dust on bed. Breakfast variety normal and food is unacceptable as they precooked the eggs and left it cold while waiting for customers. Gym room was no one to take care and no towel or water cup provided. At night, there was a car alarm keep ringing from 10pm till morning and 8am. No action was taken by the hotel. Definitely will not come back again.

Nice secluded hotel for relaxing and easing one's mind. Very quiet, nice view and located in nature, yet the restaurant and bar offers great choices. The private beach need daily maintenance for some garbage left. Thank you

I stay 1 night at Swissbel resort Belitung and this hotel was amazing. My room with Ocean view and swimming pool very beautiful. The service is very great. The facilities is good, there are swimming pool, fitness center and direct access to the beach.

The Swiss-Belresort. The name alone should cause you to remember the good experiences you once had with them when your were a child. This resort in Belitung is one of the nicest. With the large infinity pool, huge rooms, and perfect access to a beach I can not ask for anything more. A few days ago the beach was dirty, but after talking to the staff at the resort the beach was super clean and fun the next hour. If your looking for an alternative resort that's not like the Farfield Marriot in Belitung city, than the Swiss-Belresort is the way to go. Their breakfast has amazing views of the coast and their food is amazing! Thanks for the awesome memories Swiss-Belresort!

If you want stay at this place and you adore the scenic view, definitely you need to book the ocean view. The room is spacious and each of them have balcony. So if you want to be relaxed and see the view, you may take a seat in the balcony. Though it is quite a bit strange since the balcony for each room is not separated. So dont expect too much privacy when you are on the balcony. I like the reception area and the dining area.

It's good hotel, one of the best in belitung... But not many of them in the island, good price, big breakfast, helpful staff, great pool, but the beach is not good for swim. It's a bit far from everywhere, you need taxi for move. But also they have motorcycle and bicycle for rent. They book a driver for us to go Dinner to a different restaurant. Have small gym. Restaurant is normal. It's not the best for foreigners but not many options in the island. It's very local, so it's very authentic and no crowded island. Ants problem in the room but I think is normal... The hotel is alone, not in the city.

Perfect stay! We spent 3 weeks in the Swissbel Resort Hotel this summer. We highly recommand this hotel. Everything was perfect ! The staff was extremely kind and efficient. The view was beautiful. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast had a good variety of choice. Do not hesitate to come, you will be more than satisfied

Big hotel with good hospitality. There's path to the beach just a small walk away. Pools is big but dirty with dead insects. The family room is big but why the view is wall.

We came a bit earlier and room was not available for check in, so we decided to just chill at the pool till room was ready. Unfortunately for a 4* hotel I would have expected cleaner pool. Lots of bugs and dirt, but also big cracks and missing tiles. Besides all , the water is murky and getting to a green color

Had a pleasant stay in Swiss-Belresort Belitung. Approximately 40 min from the airport. It offers beautiful scenery of Belitung. Though I had to admit that the room facing the ocean was hotter than the room with no views. The hotel is clean but bathroom’s lamp is quite dim. The food are okay, what made me disappointed was the indomie served in breakfast. It ruins the joy of having Indomie 🥲 Well, aside of that indomie incident the service are excellent 👌🏻

it was a very nice experience living in this aesthetic ocean view hotel room. the hotel interior design got the tropical sensation vibes. the hotel serves both local and western food. I'd say it's one of the best accommodation choice when travelling to Tanjung Pandan, Belitung.
