I
came
here
to
celebrate
my
wedding
anniversary.
Everything
was
perfect;
the
friendly
staffs,
the
room
clealiness,
the
view,
the
wedding
anniversary
greeting,
until
i
heard
kinda
loud
machine
sound
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
at
00:15.
I
called
receptionist
because
it
was
quite
disturbing.
I
thought
it
was
from
AC,
then
i
tried
to
turn
off
the
AC
but
turned
out
the
sound
was
still
there.
The
technician
came
to
my
room
said
will
check.
And
then
he
said
it
was
a
sound
from
rooftop
or
something.
The
sound
of
AC
outdoor
and
water
pump.
He
said
he
will
go
upside
to
check
and
then
he
never
comeback
while
my
husband
woke
up
to
wait
for
him
and
it
made
him
got
headache.
We
assumed
that
no
solution
of
the
sound
because
it
impossible
for
the
technician
to
turn
off
the
water
pump.
I
was
too
sleepy
to
keep
complaining
to
receptionist
and
doubt
wether
we
will
get
solution,
and
if
we
get
maybe
we
will
just
be
offered
to
move
to
another
room
while
my
baby
was
sleeping.
I
want
peace.
I
decided
to
turn
on
TV
to
decrease
the
disturbing
sound
while
we
sleep.
Me
and
my
husband
wasn't
get
well
sleep
because
the
machine
sound
keep
singing
until
early
morning.
That
moment
made
me
sleepy
until
08:30
and
missed
my
own
plan
to
take
morning
walk
to
the
beach
and
swim.
Seriously
guys,
Swiss
bel
is
a
wellknown
hotel
group
in
Indonesia
so
i
don't
expect
this
tragedy
happen.
I
wonder,
Did
the
architect
double
check
the
sound
of
machine
when
they
develop
this
building???
And
will
the
hotel
come
with
the
compensation
of
the
tragedy?
I
guess
no
so
i
stop
complaining
because
my
vacation
was
already
ruined
and
i
canceled
my
decision
to
extend
staying
at
the
hotel
for
the
next
2
days.
I
was
gonna
give
1
star
but
the
hotel
did
my
request
for
the
anniversarry
setting
compliment
of
swan
shape
towell
with
fresh
flowers
so
i
gave
2
stars
instead.
Anyway
my
room
was
525.
And
i
asked
for
the
comb
that
never
come!
And
unfortunately
it
isn't
stop
there.
I
checked
out
and
clear
everything
at
reception.
And
then
i
waited
for
my
husband
at
the
beach
near
hotel.
the
receptionist
called
me
again
after
1
hour
said
i
still
have
room
service
bill.
I
already
gave
deposit
by
credit
card
and
the
first
reception
is
already
confirmed
he
will
deduct
my
deposit
by
the
amout
of
my
bill.
But
then
after
one
hour
of
check
out
the
other
receptionist
asked
me
to
swipe
my
credit
card
again
said
it
can't
be
deducted
from
my
deposit
money.
And
what
is
the
point
of
deposit
money????
Why
i
put
deposit
if
i
can't
use
it
for
my
bill?
Poor
system
and
i'm
so
bad
mood
to
stay
here.
I
know
the
manager
will
just
say
sorry
and
ask
us
to
come
again..
hahahah...
train
your
staff,
madam!
They
all
friendly
but
unproffesional.
But
If
you
all
cherish
your
mood,
you
will
never
come
back
to
the
poor
place,
right?
