The reason why I gave 1 rating is as follows. When I arrived at your store, usually the representative who is standing near the door opens the door and says hi or good noon, morning and wishes the customer with a smile. Here one of the person seems to be a biller was seated no issues with him. The other guy who was standing did not open the door when I arrived nor he enquired how may I help you? They both were as though acting no one existed in the shop. Which is why 1 rating. For me customer service holds 5, as part of other thing I pay money I get watch so there is no service in that. Service is how you smile when someone comes, how you ask shall I help you? How you take ownership of the customer who has visited your store. Hope this helps you. Thanks

One of the employee behaviour is rude and rough. Soft skills is not learnt by the person. His attitude is worst in nature

Located in the heart of the city. Crowd won't be huge. Decent set of collections available in Gents, Ladies and kids watches. Bags, wallets and belts are there as well. Belts collection isn't much. Gift packing is also available. Discounts are available generally during Jul-Aug and Dec-Jan. Other months modest discounts are available in selected collections.

No collection for both boys and girls watch. Completely unsatisfied
