In the heart of the city . Staff is excellent , I may not forget the name of Mukul he was very friendly . The staff understands your concern and try to help you as much they can. Must visit place , AC , hot water facility available all the time . Security wise also they are well advanced. Near by there are good restaurants and textile stores. Perfect place as per me .Thanks Jay Palace Inn for making our visit wonderful.

Neat and clean rooms, pleasant stay and excellent customer service. Hotel has elevator which helps senior citizens. There is dorm facility available for drivers at reasonable pricing. For any issues, we got quick resolutions that's what I liked most about this hotel. Side notes: 1. Tea was really praiseworthy (if that matters) 2. No in-house restaurant but that's manageable (Swiggy, Zomato etc) 3. Customer service and cleanliness is top notch

We stayed here for one night, the service was pretty good, rooms were good as well and they were very comfy and the food was delicious.The people were very polite and gave us good guidance for our first visit but some improvement would be necessary and the hotel would be recognised more by others. It was a good experience.

We found this hotel in night, but they give us rooms on reasonable rates even in night, rooms are clean, the staff are best, we forget our charger, they are so much humble that they courier it. Best hotel with best staff. Hats off, thank you staff and hotel
