If I could give it none I would.as the number supplied does not work.yet again mental health workers pretending they are god.perhaps they need a check up themselves. Once again I Will have to drive 10 miles and probably wait at least an hour just to talk to someone. DISGRACEFULL!!!

Phones cut off immediately so can't contact them. Level of service for our son abysmal.

Meridian house are saving my life. Dr Hughes and Aftab my support worker couldn't be better and without them I would be dead. Really nice people who treat me very well. I am very happy with the service and thank god for it.

Diabolical and abysmal Worst Mental Health service in Europe . This service is absolutely horrendous. Staff are rude , unhelpful , judgemental, prejudgemental, useless, discriminatory, and not fit to help anyone with their mental health . They abuse and neglect you for no reason , the help and service they offer is useless . They don't know at all what they are doing or talking about when it comes to mental health . If anything they make things worse! Doctors might have studied mental health and trained in it but it's the empathy that's more important than knowledge . And these lot have no clue what empathy or sympathy is . There is no option for doing appointments online or over the phone without showing faces . So I have to see them face to face all the time which is annoying . This is not convenient for people like me who don't feel comfortable seeing the team face to face . Absolute waste of NHS funding this service is if you ask me . It's not even used to actually help people with their mental health just trouble them for no reason whatsoever . Absolute abomination of a service .
