Having purchase enough to make a small armoury and I'm never disappointed with what I get, and on the odd occasion where there has been an issue the staff alway go above and beyond to help getting a damaged product collected and a new one sent out in the same week. I can't praise the team enough for how professional and friendly they all are. I look forward to ordering again in the future.

I usually love Raven Forge's products but was left disappointed on this occasion. I received the Clansman Axe from my partner for Christmas and it looked amazing when taken straight out of the box. It was really well balanced and the blade was nice and sharp. It felt good to hold in the hand and not too heavy. Unfortunately, when chopping some wood, the leather around the handle snapped and the blade came off. Aside from the obvious safety issue, I was really disappointed in the quality and the lack of functionality. I'd only been chopping wood for 8 minutes when it broke. I put the blade back onto the handle and it was at this point I could see the obvious quality issues. The blade was slightly pitted along the top and it didn't look as if a wedge had been used. I'm also not sure whether someone was having a bad day when they put this axe together but a real mess had been made along the eye and top of the handle. I suppose they thought it would be hidden by the leather straps and to be fair, it probably was as I didn't initially notice when it came out of the box. This company usually produces really good items and would absolutely recommend some of the knives but maybe give the Clansman Axe a miss if you're thinking of purchasing. Update: Someone from Raven Forge has now been in touch and I have to say their customer service is second to none. They offered to send out a replacement axe on the return of this one. I made the decision to decline this request as I didn't see it fair to send the axe back having been used and I'd already had someone look at it who has made the necessary repairs. It now functions great :) Raven Forge have offered to send a free item with my partner's next order which I'm really grateful for and also didn't expect. Thank you guys!

Ordered a mystery knife with delivery just under £30. Quality of the knife is brilliant, very well made. Very happy with my purchase. The knife I received is just as pictured but looks even better person in person and feels great. It came sharp in the sense that it isn’t blunt but it isn’t a razor sharp edge.

Absolutely love Raven Forge. They are truly a delight to shop with. Great products at great prices. The postage is fast and efficient. The team are great, it feels like youre buying from friends. I can't recommend the mystery Christmas Eve boxes enough, they seem to get better year on year, and the little extras are always a nice touch. We'll definitely be back (again)

Brilliant craftsmen, so well priced, amazing customer service, and before a year ago I'd never thrown a knife or axe and now starting to get pretty good thanks to your kit. And I now believe everyone should have at least a small sword collection as it very satisfying. Thanks RF guys, you are the best
