Mike's
gym
is
really
motivating
and
has
great
facilities
to
always
have
a
diverse
workout.
My
trainer
Billy
is
amazing
-
extremely
friendly,
enthusiastic
and
passionate
about
fitness
and
makes
me
feel
very
comfortable.
I
have
given
100%
effort
in
my
training
alongside
healthy
eating
at
home
and
in
return
I
have
lost
15lb
in
under
6
weeks
and
still
continue
my
journey
into
losing
weight
and
feeling
healthy.
I
have
found
my
mind
set
has
changed
with
my
trainer
guiding
me
through
my
diet
–
in
the
past
I
have
always
been
completely
strict
and
then
after
a
month
I
go
back
to
eating
lots
of
junk
and
gain
weight,
my
trainer
has
guided
me
into
changing
my
mind
set
that
I
can
have
a
treat
however
after
a
treat
to
get
back
into
my
diet
and
training
and
not
feel
guilty
about
it
–
this
is
one
of
the
most
challenging
things
I
have
found
about
dieting
in
the
past
and
this
time
has
been
very
beneficial.
My
trainer
always
changes
the
workout
and
never
once
I
have
been
bored
or
could
predict
my
workout
because
he
always
comes
up
with
new
circuits
which
I
think
is
key
in
staying
motivated.
Personal
training
is
expensive
to
maintain
however
I
feel
Mikes
gym
offers
such
good
price
that
is
more
affordable
than
any
other
personal
training
programme
that
I
have
seen
within
the
Edinburgh
area.
