Applied to join NRGym about 2 years ago, but I have never heard anything back ever since. The application process consisted of being questioned as if it’s a job interview. 😶 I was asked questions such as what area do I live in? If I know any members? and what my occupation is? How is this relevant to joining a gym? In terms of equipment, I have got to say the facilities of the gym are really good and is what initially intrigued me into applying. However, the pure lack of professionalism in getting back to a customer and having the common courtesy of letting them know why they have not been considered is not acceptable in my opinion. I have also heard of them telling applicants they have too much members and they only work on a referral basis as a nice way of saying your not welcome. Why are you “interviewing” people if you have too much members? Really don’t get the logic. Not a very professional experience at all.

This gym outperforms any previous gym I have been to over the passed 15+ years. There is a massive range of equipment / machines available meaning that even at peaks times you're generally not waiting for machines. Very high standards throughout, from the cleanliness through to the equpiment and organisation. Regular events are organised (hyrox events, outdoor hikes, santa fun run!) The morning classes (and people) are brilliant and suitable for all abilities....Nick manages to somehow keep you motivated to keep turning up! Nick, Russell and all the staff should be proud of not only the gym they have successfully built, but the community they have created!

NRGYM beats any gym I have ever been to. Nick and Rousel put their members at the forefront of everything they do, and it shows! Huge selection of equipment, great classes, spotless, friendly staff and a great community of members too :)

I have seen people giving NRGym 1 star. In my opinion, rules are for a reason and isn’t enough to rate them low on. I like this place, I’ve been going to this gym for over 4 years and I love it. New equipments, continued improvement of the space. Great people all around from staff to members. I would definitely recommend

NRGym, the staff and its members have all made me feel welcome and comfortable in the space since being a member! The classes, equipment, staff, help and advice are just the best. They listen to their members and are constantly investing and improving the gym. Best gym I’ve ever been to!

Been at this gym for about 8 years, I’ve been to many gyms in my time but this has to be the BEST gym. Staff are friendly, great atmosphere and amazing machines. Good taste in music which always helps. Nick and Rous are welcoming

Went to go and look around as relocating to the area next week had seen the kit online and seemed like would be a decent gym was told on arrival it's appointment only and they don't do guest passes and I wasn't even allowed just to look at what the gym had to offer. Just lost two potential long term customers there shocking customer service

Excellent facilities/training equipment which is always clean and tidy. Nick, Rousel and the team are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of classes to suit all levels. One of the best gyms I have been to.

Amazing facilities with so much equipment. The staff are the best and always go above and beyond to help whether it be on gym floor or in the classes. Awesome community and made the best gym plans

Fantastic equipment, great owners and decent staff. Cant fault the facility at all. Very cliquey however. Atmosphere isnt all that. Unless youre one of “the crowd”, you certainly feel it. Best to get in, put in a shift in on some of the best equipment around and just get out.

This gym has high standards and that's what makes it an excellent gym. High standards of equipment and investment, high standards of cleaning and expected gym etiquette, high standards of staff knowledge and helpfulness, high standards are just what this gym is built on. Being around those standards makes you put higher standards on yourself when you're in there. The gym has twice helped me bounce back from tough times and I'm grateful for their help and support

Didn't go there , I when to Bikenest underneath the gym! Bikenest is the best bike shop in Keighley! No idea about the gym!

This gym is like no other !! The welcome and family based values that are held are amazing, the equipment and facilities all look brand new. Only been for an welcome meeting but this gym is definitely the best gym I've ever seen!!

It's a gym, dime to the dozen. Want a one of training? Forget about it. Stepping foot in the gym it's clean the music is too loud and genuinely nothing special. If I would have got the one of training I would have probably gave this a 3 star. god knows how many gyms I have stepped in with the same feel, but atleast they let me train.

Possibly the best gym I've ever been to. No shortage of equipment, have no problem doing what you need. Staff are friendly and welcoming, facilities are second to none.

Fabulous gym, everyone welcome. A great feel and atmosphere regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, ability. Best gym in the world.

Best gym I have had the pleasure of using

An excellent venu if training and fitness is what you are looking for. I found it a bit hard to find easy parking but if you go with a bit of time on your hands it all works out easy. Almost everything one would want from Martial arts to keeping fit in so many modern ways at this very well laid out fitness center. Try it out and make your own mind up is my advice.

Tons of equipment, really clean and even in the few months I've been here, I've seen continual investment in the gym and its equipment. Staff are really friendly and always willing to spot you if needed ☺️

Best gym I've ever been to, clean, tidy, great atmosphere and quality music. They've got all the machines you'd ever want. Love the place!
