I've had a poor experience by a way of a failed treatment and terrible advice. When initially fobbed off I left it, as I was young and didn't have the courage to complain for my right to receive what was advertised. I have since been told they would review my case and get back to me... Its been months since I've heard from them. Quick to take my money, but not concerned about helping me when raising my concerns. The most recent manager I spoke to seemed full of promise too! But failed to help in any way. I don't leave negative reviews, but it's the only way the private clinic seem to respond after asking me to take my review down whilst they investigate! Poor treatment, really expensive and terrible aftercare. FYI , it was for hair removal. I would not recommend it.

0 stars. Go elsewhere for surgical treatments. You will find places that do the same job for a third of the cost of these unscrupulous people. Unfortunately I found out by chance only after. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a hair transplant here in Sept 2019. Had a free consultation after enquiring and everything was fine, very friendly and accommodating. Surgery was booked in within the month. They were flexible and helpful. I went here instead of going abroad because of the security/safety of the treatment, even though the price is probably twice as expensive I wanted a little peace of mind and aftercare if I should require it. I was even offered included in the price a PRP treatment to prevent further hairloss which was great. The surgery went well and the surgeon was brilliant, very professional and put you at ease. Since the day of the treatment I’ve had maybe 2 phonecalls within the first week and nothing since, I’ve chased up the PRP treatment numerous times which I shouldn’t even have to do myself and even booked it in twice both of which were cancelled by the clinic. I’ve called numerous times and been told I couldn’t be put through. I’ve emailed again since which has been ignored and feel like since the day of the surgery all customer service has just taken a back seat and I’ve been left to just get on with it, which is the complete polar opposite of the service i received before hand. I’m not a person who whinges or complains a lot but the only reason I went here was because of the peace of mind and aftercare. I’ve literally received nothing since the surgery and since they’ve been paid, if your thinking of getting a HT here or in this country for the same reasons I did then give this place a miss.

After two meetings to have an expensive treatment I arrived on the day prepared to have surgery. After waiting 25 minutes the surgeon came into the waiting room only to tell me the surgery on that day was cancelled. I was shocked as I have taken time off work to have this done. They told me to leave and a manager would ring me as soon as she arrived. After chasing through headoffice to hear anything I then was told I needed to wait for a refund to be authorised. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by this company and wouldn't advise anyone to waste any time with this company as I did. I'm shocked they are in business.

I cannot recommend The Private Clinic Manchester highly enough. From the moment that you walk through the door, you are greeted with professionism, friendliness and respect. The staff put you at ease and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you feel comfortable. Their aftercare is amazing and you are made to feel that you are not on your own once the surgery has been completed Dr. Vlok and his team are amazing and I would not hesitate to return for further procedures should the need arise. The results are fantastic and I can look at myself in the mirror again. Thank you to the amazing team

I highly recommend the Private clinic, I had a breast implant removal and Mastopexy . My experience was great from the beginning until the end, the staff are amazing and the surgeon Helena was fantastic. Angela the aftercare nurse was truly brilliant. I had liposuction at the clinic in September, Dr Vlok carried out the procedure, Alex was the coordinater the whole procedure from walking into the clinic to leaving the clinic after was fantastic! I was made to feel totally relaxed, the staff are courteous, professional, and Have a wealth of experience. I am delighted with the results and would recommend the Manchester Private Clinic to anyone, it was worth every penny.

Had a paid consultation in January about Vaserlipo, pointing out the 2 major areas and 1 minor area I wanted doing. 1 major was not possible as it needed a different type of procedure, ok. However the minor area was not a problem and the 2nd major area was also possible. Besides these areas I was told if I had additional areas done it would enhance the finished result, so, despite the cost of 6.5k I thought it worth doing. They hugely lack organisational skills completely messing up my op time despite a 2nd person checking I was still provided with incorrect info which would have resulted me missing my Op slot, in the end I received a small compensation by way of apology though this did little to reassure me, I went ahead and agreed to the OP which was finally done early March, followed by 5 of 6 massage treatments up to lockdown 23rd March. Since then I had my 4wk follow up appointment cancelled, understandably during covid lockdown, but then............ nothing! ZERO AFTERCARE, especially having my OP so close to covid I've received not one single call OR email to check how I was progressing or if I had any issues with healing etc. Not even a renewed 4wk appointment to check progress. What I'm most annoyed and disgraced with is the major area I wanted doing (main reason I went) was not even touched!!!! So I still have my 2 major areas untouched and I'm 6k down in pocket. Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT. If you value being listened to and reassured that is what will be done and you seriously need aftercare, then I strongly advise you move along your search to other clinics. Unprofessional and uncaring once they've had your money. Please don't be yet another reviewer because of their poor service.

I came to the Private Clinic Manchester for surgery as I had read some very good reviews online and done my research and expected good things. And it exceeded my expectations. From the manager Alex who chaperoned and held my hand the whole way through, to the lovely ladies on reception and nursing team. Mr Fattah is like no other surgeon and believe me I have had many consultations. I’m 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier! I’m even thinking of other things to have just so I can go back to the clinic for a catch up and some snacks! The best clinic, thank you for everything!

I had some Botox done at The Private Clinic a couple of months back and I can honestly say it's the best treatment I've ever had. I felt really comfortable from the minute I walked in the door and all the staff were really professional and friendly. Dawn, the nurse was thorough and professional and I trusted her advice. Having had some good and bad treatments in the past I know I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Zero Stars - treatment was not working, in fact, made worse. I stopped the treatment and asked for refund and was refused even though I could not carry on with it. Unsympethic staff and clinic manager who blatantly lied to my face.

My daughter has had a procedure at The Private Clinic in Manchester and is very happy with her results and her care along the way. As a mother I was really impressed with the level of care and professionalism at every point. It can be such a difficult time for a parent seeing their child struggle with something of this nature but the staff really put my mind at ease and I can't thank them enough for their support.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Raja. Set realistic expectations, took the time on the day to ensure I was comfortable at all times and aware of what was happening. It’s only 1 day after the procedure but I’m confident the outcomes will be in line with my expectations and if there are any problems, Dr. Raja will be there to help.

Embarking on my journey for rhinoplasty , I was cautious in taking my time to research all the clinics offering the service across the UK, and after a lot of thought I decided to go with the private clinic. From start to finish I felt comfortable and well looked after, nothing was too much trouble and I was put at ease from the initial consultation, so much so I have booked another porceedure with them. Fabulous face peel Being new to peels I recently had a Jessner peel at the Private Clinic, Hannah was absolutely fantastic and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They took lots of time to explain everything to me and I felt well looked after. The peel itself was hot, it’s made a massive difference to my skin and if anyone’s thinking of having his treatment I would recommend Hannah and The Private Clinic every day of the week.

Very friendly staff that can't do enough for you well before surgery anyway. I'm not at all pleased with my results and now they don't want to know me and struggle for call backs etc... so disappointed and disgusted with this company as I'm left feeling worse than before surgery. I have been having treatment at The Private Clinic for several months now and I have been more than happy with the service and my experience there but something happened during my last appointment which has compelled me to leave this review. I overheard the receptionist talking to his colleague (in private, I don’t believe they knew I was listening in) about how proud he was to work for the company, what makes them different from their competitors and I was honestly quite moved. They’ll tell you to your face how much they care but to hear it discussed to such an extent in confidence left me feeling very secure in the fact that I’d chosen the right place for my treatment. Having recently undergone a procedure at the Private clinic and I have to say the service and professionalism I have encountered at every step has been breath taking. The team in Manchester worked incredibly hard to make my experience as stress free as possible, from the moment I was met at the door by Rob to my initial assessment with Racheal right through to my final MLD session with Sarah, the care, compassion and genuine interest I felt the team had for me was just incredible. One other thing to add, I opted for post procedure MLD treatment and I am so glad that I did, Sarah who carried out the MLD is such a lovely gentle lady who cared for me fantastically and I have no doubt that the MLD treatment really helped my recovery. The whole place has a really nice friendly feel, it really does make the experience so much easier and less stressful than it would otherwise be. I would recommend the Private Clinic Manchester in a heartbeat

Not worth the money at all. Products are way too expensive, there are better deals/products that are worth the money elsewhere.

We have just enjoyed the best summer in this country for decades and I decided, finally, that I no longer wanted to hide my legs. My veins looked dreadful and my legs often ached or were 'restless' - especially when flying. I did the 'Google' thing and after some careful consideration - as I am not awash with funds - I chose The Private Clinic Manchester, which turned out to be a great choice. My surgeon Mr Inglott, Hannah, Rachel and the rest of the team there were really kind, efficient and empathetic. The procedure was painless - a bit of discomfort at times perhaps, but painless. The results are amazing. These don't look like my legs! They are more comfortable also. I feel liberated at last! I would recommend The Private Clinic MANCHESTER, Mr Inglott and the team there without hesitation or reservation.

The surgery went very well. I also felt well looked after throughout the entire process, with the nurse ringing me the day after surgery to check how I was feeling. I had decided after many years of living with varicose veins (which I thought was a mission impossible)to try see a specialist,my partner booked the appointment in Manchester I was a little nervous upon arrival however as soon as I walked into reception I was greeted with such a friendly team!!! Being seeing Hannah for years, wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

From start to finish my experience with The Private Clinic in Manchester could not be faulted. Every member of staff I met were so lovely and couldn’t do more to help. My patient coordinator Alex Carr was always there to greet me and make me feel at home along with Nurse Rachel who looked after me at my follow up appointments and always put my mind at ease! The receptionists in Manchester were also lovely and could not do more for me during each visit. My surgeon, Mr Fattah was always very realistic and made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole procedure. He visited me in my hospital room before and after surgery, which again put me at ease. Pre and post surgery, the clinic were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, nothing was too much. Overall, I would recommend The Private Clinic Manchester in a heartbeat and would return there myself for anything in the future.
