Beny Sports (and in particular Chloe) have been very impressive at fixing an issue I had with my rowing machine. This was old-school attentive customer service that I thought was long forgotten with internet shopping. Long may it continue.

Quality products and excellent service. I purchased the vfit tornado rower from here just over a year ago and it still rows like new, I only purchased the spare seat wheel set as a spare because of the cheap price. We purchased a Herculean Home Gym in March, but unfortunately the bench became detached from the frame. We rang Beny Sport on the hope they sold replacement parts and to our surprise and without any hesitation they kindly sent us a replacement bench. Outstanding customer service!

These guys couldn't do enough to help. Was gifted an old exercise bike that needed a new belt but the bike was so old the belt wasn't available any longer. These guys came up with a suitable alternative and charged a very reasonable price to boot! Superb!
