I've just got off the phone with one of your staff at pontefract. I was going to spend £300 on a Bluetooth speaker and he was the most unhelpful person I've spoken to in a long time. I won't be spending another penny in there. DISGRACEFUL.sort your staff out

Very bad service. Never been adviced that I can't get a refund. They have sold a faulty laptop, they claim it is working perfectly because they can watch YouTube on it. Rude and dishonest.

I purchase a Nintendo wii which was advertised to have two controllers but only got one when I ask about the other controller the manager just said its a tipo there's only one and removed the card from display after further complaining I managed to get a full re-fund I would not buy anything from this shop as what they advertises is not what you get!!

Bought an Alexa from a lad called Connor. He was very professional and informative with setting it up as I’m not great with all this new technology. Great customer service, might go back again to get some games for the kids.

Used to use the place regular for years until they turned to Rob people blind at start of covid offering £25 but stated they'd sell at £140 yeah next joke and they're still on the same rip off procedures based on a friends experience yesterday, no wonder they've had to half staff volumes and property size in cas deserve all the bad business going nowadays

I went in to sell a pop vinyl figure and took it out of my bag to show them . after asking them the price if the sell they said I needed to be 18 to sell. I wouldn't be allowed to buy anything as well if I were under 18 . which I am. This has messed me up as another guy the day before said I could sell , I just didn't have my figure that day. I'm livid and now I can't get any good deals . thanks a lot

Sold me a broken PS4 pro 1tb when the severs where down so said I had to pay cash didn't give me a receipt when I went to return it I spoke to the same person who sold it me and said there was nothing they can do without receipt absolute joke staff was very rude also they took the sticker off of device while they said they was having a look at it witch voided me warranty actual scammers

I cannot recommend this store enough, the staff are lovely and friendly. Been using Cash Generator for a few years for the buying and selling, also put a deposit down on items and paid them weekly. When I have bought items from them and had issues when I got home with the item purchased ive gone back in to get it resolved and they have resolved the issues or offered a replacement. Always end up having a laugh with the staff, cannot recommend enough.
