It was my first time in Leeds, so I picked a carpark near all the attractions and in a shopping centre. The plus point is that it's in the centre of Leeds, but it's very expensive and parking was a little difficult between the columns. I'd recommend finding a cheaper carpark before you arrive in Leeds.

Sadly let down and somewhat shocked to be charged Β£3.50 per hour at this car park! I was dropping my wife off around the corner for work and this was the nearest car park. Started off pleasantly with Richard coming to my aid as I parked in the morning. I had been unable to navigate around the car park and was kindly given a parking place in the VIP spot as I in deperation tried to exit, grateful for this but apparently I was told the Β£21 was correct for the 7 hours parking, but my anger is at the fact I was told the price list is displayed on the way in, not so, as the pictures show, you have to go the long journey down the ramp and only see charges (although I didn't actually see them) as you get to the barrier where you present bank card etc,! I'm from Manchester and not accustomed to this particular car park. I have used the Q Park in Manchester and although it wasn't without problems, I never got charged this much, as well as being unaware of the premium charge! Bas taste in the mouth for what had otherwise been a solid rapport with "Q"!!!

Pre-booked parking online and received the following email: "Take a ticket from the entry barrier and park as normal. When you return, simply go straight to the exit and press the β€˜help’ button and have your booking confirmation number ready." Easy as pie, except at 7pm on a Sunday, there was apparently no one on the end of the line to confirm my details. With cars lining up behind to get out of the single exit, I had to scramble to the machines in the lobby where I finally got a response. I was told to go back to the exit, hit the intercom again and they'd let me out. Five more minutes holding and the person on the line opened the barrier at last. Embarrassing, frustrating and expensive!

Hadn't used this car park in ages, and I was staggered by how expensive it is now! The staff are still lovely and it is very well lit, but nearly Β£13 in parking to go and watch a film at 7.30pm is just too much. I think will use trinity in future.

Used this car park for Leeds Arena. Pre paid online. Numberplate recognition worked brilliantly and let us straight in, and out again at the end of the evening. Some of the spaces were a little tight to manoeuvre into. The car park was well lit and kept clean. We would use it again.

Just to say we had great service from Phil Moody last Sunday. We had a puncture and he helped us deal with that and make sure we were able to easily leave the car park despite over staying our initial paid period. Very many thanks Andrew and Vivien

We decided on this car park as we were seeing something at Leeds arena. It wasn't too far away, possibly a 6 minute walk. The car park was well lit and felt safe The discounted rate on Sunday evening was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

You'll never find it without a sat nav, as Leeds Centre is a maze of confusion. The carpark is in a good location and competitive parking prices.

Plenty of parking, however its rather expensive. I wouldn't park here if I didn't get a discount from Radisson. Location is right in the centre of Leeds so that is a plus. I'd recommend finding somewhere cheaper if you aren't getting a discount though! (Β£30.50 for just over 24 hours)

Right in the centre of town and so handy for everything in Leeds. Parked here before and always a great experience, no complaints.

Much improved payment method but could be a bit more high tech for what you pay. Very expensive and no number plate recognition or detailed spaces info

Easy to find, cheap and safe. Booked online and saved 20%. Cost me Β£6 and after the concert put the ticket into the machine it came up to say total parking is Β£10....but as I paid online I scanned my phone and the price was zero...fantastic.

I'm not sure why this only got a 3.6 review ! We booked 2 VIP spaces on the evening rate when visiting the Arena (quick walk away). We had to extend one booking which was all done by automated service. All good value and excellent location. You have to watch out for the little road sign or you could miss it. Would recommend.

Avoid it!! Most overpriced car park I have ever been to. Went in and when realised how much it would cost me I left. Had to pay to get out… Β£2,70 for a 15 seconds stay. Infuriating…

Only visited to use the Q-Park which was convenient for the First Direct Arena. The car park is clean, well lit and secure although expensive even with 20% discount. However it is a lovely centre to walk through. People obviously enjoying eating out and enjoying the evening. Cinema, hotel entrance etc

Decent parking options and not a complete rip off. Only issue is that at present they've cordoned off half the car park and it's permanently showing spaces available because of this which creates a nightmare inside the car park in terms of traffic going in

I used to park here preferentially for many years as it’s secure however the prices have skyrocketed and after a gig I waited around 90 minutes to be able to even move, as there is only a single barrier for exit. Avoid - I’ll be going elsewhere.

Very narrow parking spaces. Pre-booked but the parking is not allocated so you only actually pre-pay then take your luck finding a free space

  • 3/5 Kyle K. 2 years ago on Google
Used to be my go to carpark for ease of location. Well lit and bays marked out is handy but there still very small parked just in the block to return to an (unnecessarily big) Suv in the next bay, I'm not large by anymeans but Jesus it was a tight fit! Then theres the cost 3.10 an hour at 9pm!!! Puts you off when there are places like White Rose and Meadowhall for free

I want to say Thank you to Richard who works in the help desk for helping me today whilst I had broken down in the car park. He was so nice on the phone and then when I was trying to get the Rac down. Thank you Richard for your Kindness. X

Easy car park to access. Good price, situated right outside the Radison Blu hotel, very easy access.

The day we used and there were no lifts cos of a power cut now my partner is disabled so struggled to climb the steps would of been good if there was a warning that the lifts were out before parking

Parked here Friday evening for approximately 2 hours (around 6pm till 8pm) and was charged Β£10.50. I should of checked before I came as the car park at trinity just charges Β£4 flat rate after 5pm. I won't use this car park again due to this.

Bit harrowing to navigate in a longer (4.9m) car. Many tight potential alloy-devouring turns, and very little room to manoeuvre into a bay when there are other cars parked around it. It can also be very difficult to see cars coming down when you're going back up to exit. Mirrors would certainly be advantageous. Otherwise it's clean, and the ANPR drive in, drive out auto-pay facility provided by the app is fantastic. I do wish Q-Park would design its parking garages to be more accommodating to more sizable cars. Not all of us drive matchbox cars, after all.

Building work in the car park means you are lucky to find an immediate space, and you therefore join the frustrated queue of traffic moving up and down the floors hoping for success. Of course, cars are being allowed in whilst this happens, adding to the problem. Not a great experience at the moment.

Ive parked at Leeds Light QPark for concerts and gigs for years using the after 6pm evening rate of around Β£8. This week I downloaded their app which boasts number plate recognition to make entry and exit seemless. Upon leaving the carpark there were very long queues which resulted in a delay of around 30 mins to exit. By the time I left the barrier my stay had entered another hour charging me an additional Β£3.50. If I had paid on foot I would not have had to pay this. I complained to QPark and asked for a refund of the last hour but they refused. I no longer recommend this carpark and would advise another carpark. Trafalgar Street carpark is close by and significantly cheaper. QPark you have lost another customer.

Car park great but the payment machines are terrible. Was trying for 10 minutes to try and get it to accept my card. Contactless worked eventually

Do not recommend. it's most expensive car park I've ever been to. Only parked for 4 hours and it cost me nearly Β£14. But it is convenient if you're happy to pay for it...

😠 This car park has a prime location with no doubt. However, do not park in this place if you want your car to be secured. 😠 My daughter has just scraped three panels (at least) of her car trying to exit this car park.
