    These are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They were equally rude to each customer. The handed me my pancakes & sausage in a bag upright as if it was a cheeseburger. Then I get to my truck and the bottom of the bag falls out. Just because the neighborhood is trash doesn’t mean the service should be. Do better.

    Great prices, wonderful app options, and plentiful menu selections! The perfect staple fast food joint. Only issue is: the people working here are usually pretty short with customers. We get that each day you guys get billions of customers all around the world, most of which give you guys issues to deal with, we understand. But the customers like us who don't cause issues shouldn't be getting the brunt of it. We usually end up getting attitude from an employee who just ended off with an aggravating customer before us. We totally get it, but we're a new customer, so try using a new tone of voice. A blank slate tone for a blank slate customer. One more suggestion I have, is to serve lunch and breakfast together. Some of us are eating lunch by the time you guys are still serving breakfast. Maybe start serving lunch a little earlier, like maybe 9am? Just a suggestion to appeal to those of us who can't eat the breakfast options/eat lunch at "breakfast" time. Of course, these are just suggestions, not demands in any way.     Every single time I come here my nuggets are cold and stale. My fries are cold and stale. It's the closest location to me and the most convenient late at night but I should basically expect the food I get at this point will be trash. I don't even feel comfortable calling to complain anymore or they'll think I just want free food but I don't, I want my food right and fresh the first time. It's always cold and stale. I do not recommend this location. I am tempted to visit and say I need all of my food fresh to order right then and see how they react because it's about ridiculous.

    I am doing Doordashing , so you can understand my frustration when They closed the Lobby almost 15 minutes early leaving me in the drive thru line for 22 minutes. While a staff seen me at the door and did not even acknowledge that I was there.

    Don’t know what this is but swallowed some of it & puked. I use my mobile app for a free iced coffee and I always get a iced macchiato but apparently it’s not coffee all of a sudden 🤷🏾‍♀️ doin get a regular iced coffee and swallow a chunk of whatever this is

    Sat for 5 minutes at the drive thru line while the other lane next to us moved and nobody came to take our order over the speakers! We honked - nothing.. if you’re going to run a drive thru! Run it. You wasted my time tonight.

    This McDonald’s is hilarious because they all always have such stanky attitudes. Been dealing with it for years but finally decided it was time for a review. Now as long as everything goes smoothly, they’ll be fine. Keep your order basic and have your money ready to go but if any kind of complication happens during the transaction, the girls working there will get noticeably surly and snippy. I went there for lunch yesterday to use some of my points that I saved up on the app. My points were deducted after I placed my order but they were still trying to charge me for my item. The original cashier that took my order and the lady at the second window both acted like I was being such a problem child. I had done nothing wrong and a glitch on their end was causing them to act like I was ruining their day. The girl at the window tells me, “Just give me another code” and I ask her how can I do that when I’m back down to 0 points? She lets out an audible groan and slams the window shut. 45-60 seconds later, she practically throws my bag at me into my car. Praise the lord that she didn’t choose to also throw my drink at me like that. What a tough lady, creating conflict over nothing and gatekeeping for a 3 dollar sandwich when I’ve done nothing but use the points on the app that I earned. Hilarious. I sure hope her day got better. Unless you’re starving to death and have the 15 extra minutes to burn in the drive through, I would advise you to avoid this location.

    Iced coffee is never the same. Sometimes, when ordering caramel or hazelnut iced coffee it's so bitter you wouldn't believe it's flavored. But fast food is fast food... if I wanted perfection, I'd attempt it myself.
