Del Taco is a great place to eat. The best Spicy Jack Queadilla's! The people that work there are very helpful and nice. If you're traveling through Albany it's a place to stop (a bit off the freeway) for a quick meal and good time. The people taking your order are always nice and helpful. If you're in a hurry for Mexican fast food...stop here. I love it here. Fast friendly service and $1 Strawberry Lemonade. I ask them for light ice :) Always quick service which is helpful!

Tacos and burritos were great! You know the food has to be good when it is busy. Both my wife and I had great meals there.

Terrible 10:50pm, told "no more orders" Told to ask the other three cars behind me to leave. Not easy with the drive thru curbside. Drove 20mins for food. Fu. Never again.

Sat in line for over a half hour. Got to the speaker to order and waited another 15 minutes. I shouted hello and no one answered. I drove up to the window and the two women were standing there talking. The one who was supposed to be talking orders was rude and would not take my order, so after almost an hour of waiting for this horrible "service" we left with no food. Very disappointing.

Way more cheese on their tacos than any other fast food taco place plus I get crinkle fries too? Just wish they had a location closer to West Salem.

A great alternative to the ubiquitous Taco Bell. Prices are better and IMO the food is better as well. No complaints with my order. A favorite is the Grilled Chicken Taco for less than $2. It is tasty, and not too heavy. Their Epic Burritos are pretty decent as well. At around $6 they are very filling. Service was fast and the crew at the window was friendly. I was just passing through but would come again.

Pretty darn tasty...had the #1 with lge coke... delectable! For fast food it isn't too bad. Their French fries taste like real potatoes. Nice evening meal

It was the worst experience of my life. Our order lose over $21 we did not get all of our order items for missing and 5 minutes later went back through the drive-thru and the girl that was working said that all of the food was in the bag which was not true she said she didn't like my attitude I asked to speak with the manager she said that I had to call back at 5:00 in the morning and then she closed the window. The quesadilla that I ordered the meat was only in the and on the ends there was no meat at all. The worst place in Salem Oregon to eat poor customer service I definitely do not recommend it

Taco's are good. Not as good as Taco Time but better than Taco Bell. IMO.

Epic burrito with Carne Asada was full of flavor but sauce was way too salty. Chicken guacamole burrito was tasty when first eating but the last half was made from old or less fresh chicken fingers that were dry and tasteless. We will go back to try other items.

Excellent bean and cheese burritos for a decent price. Lots of options and combinations to choose from to keep the entire family happy without costing a fortune. The drink choices are plentiful and the environment is one the entire family will enjoy. When looking for a fast meal wether it be after work or after a night out, this is definitely a spot to consider.

Inconsistent menu items. I ordered 8 jumbo shrimp tacos that had no sliced lime and were old fried shrimp but I didn't get a receipt. Well the purple pear lemonade is bland unless you get the poppers and they don't put many in there. But they're snack sift taco is consistent.

Always understaffed with people who don't really wanna be there and if its past midnight will tell you that there grill is down for cleaning so they don't have to make any burgers. Also breakfast I always thought was 11pm-11am not here no breakfast till 4am. *pro tip if you want del and done right spend an extra 30mins and drive to the Albany location, ran much better.

I come here for my lunch breaks as I work close by and Everytime my order is taken relatively quick and accurate never with any problems and I'm served usually under 5 minutes of placing my order which is perfect as I only have 30 minutes. So I appreciate the speed and accuracy.

The food is good, especially when they actually get the order right. Customer service is absolutely horrible. The lady working at the drive thru window, threw the bag of food at my husband and was irritated when we told her we still needed our drink. They got our order wrong, but honestly with the treatment we got we decided not to go back. Loss of money and appetite.

I am a huge lover of Del Tacos food. Unfortunately last night was most certainly the worst experience I have ever had at any Del Taco anywhere, and I have been eating there since I was in 3rd grade. 1st my entire order came out ice cold. On my second attempt the strawberry lemonade was absolutely awful and the made the wrong type of quesidilla. They then remade my entire 1st order only to completely ruin everything we had ordered. It's one thing 2 have a bad experience if staff is at least apologetic but instead we where greeted with indifference oriented like we r being picky and rude. Not so nuch

Yes, I realize that it is just fast food. But Taco Bell ain't got nothin' on these guys. Which reminds me, you know how you see all those jokes about Taco Bell and how it causes you gastrointestinal distress afterward? I've never had this experience with Del Taco. The food is consistently good and the service at this particular location is always excellent. The people are always patient and friendly even when my wife keeps barking changes to the order as I'm ordering it. And the fries... OH those fries...

Best 4$ dinner in town. Grilled chicken soft taco, small fry and strawberry lemonade with real strawberries! I love this place. Fast, affordable, delicious.

Del Taco has THE best fast food Mexican ever. You get delicious hot food that tastes like you made it at home. The tacos alone are amazing all by themselves. They are full of meat and cheese, there is plenty of lettuce, and the right amount of tomatoes. The burritos are big and full of all the goodness you would expect. Some Mexican places, you could fit 3-4 of their tacos in 1 of Del Tacos. The staff there are always friendly, smiling, and helpful and patient. The cost for the amount of food you get is the best out there. Taste wise, you can't beat it either. The only negative think I could think to say about Del Taco is I wish there were more of them. I am originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and I think there should be one or more in every city in the country. Thanks Del Taco.

OMG DON'T EAT HERE!!!! smell when you walk in!!!! THIS CAN'T BE HEALTHY. talked to the manager, he said they can't find the source. I think something is dead in the wall. CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. BEEN SMELLING FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS THAT I KNOW OF. Their not going to fix this unless someone calls ... very sad, someone is going to get sick 😫

Not everybody has a phone to order our car drive through drive thru. Is the food good? How am I supposed to know?

Restaurant was not that busy but still took almost twenty minutes to get my burrito. Lady, at register, maybe it was her first day. We had to answer same questions over and over again. Maybe she was high. I want a chicken burrito do you want steak or chicken she asked me. We won't be going back. Men's bathroom was disgusting. Seal between toilet and plumbing is leaking. So there is Urine and who knows what on the floor! I recommend you eat anywhere else

I love Del Taco but will never eat there again in the past 6 months the food quality has gone down hill. I ordered a Cali Bacon burrito and fries. I had food poisoning and have never been so sick in all of my life. I was planning on giving my 2 year old some but luckily he was asleep.

Went for a bike ride got myself 3 grilled chicken crunchy tacos and a strawberry lemonade. I've had the strawberry lemonade in the past and that tasted like a sour warhead that was refreshing and just enough pucker to keep you hooked. This time the strawberry lemonade was severely watered down hopefully this isn't a repeat thing or I'm done getting this drink. Tacos were great tho

The asking price for the food is high in my opinion. My opinion is that Taco Bell is that it is tastier and has better pricing. 3 star review and will not make it a point to consistently come here.

I received horrible service today they gave me the wrong tacos 3 times and they charged us the second time a 1$ extra for 4 tacos which were the wrong ones and when they handed us the correct ones they had barely any meat in them...they have horrible attitude as well including on shift manager...

Love Del Taco great prices, great deals. People are great, always fantastic to help out. Even when i'm picking up for uber eats goes nice and Quickly whether it's for myself or for my customers.

(Edit) Tried to make a call to correct an error on my part, got ears destroyed by a loud broken up D.S.L. dial tone. *I was able to get my food made fresh the next morning, and warned the guy at the window bout the phone line. (The problem was solved quickly)

I will never order food from the Salem location ever again! Horrible customer service, employees tell you they will be right with you, then make you wait while they go outside to smoke. It takes way to long to get our order, and it is always wrong or missing items. Every time I contact the store to get my order fixed, they just say sorry, and leave it at that. Extremely disappointed is an understatement!

Every time late night there is always an issue. One they can only take cash or my computer is at the end of day can't take orders. I have never in my life heard I can't take orders and then ask when will it be up and running. Person says I don't know. Contacting corporate is ridiculous. Why even open the freaking doors.

My husband and I had lunch today here at Del Taco. I had tacos my hubby had a big ole burrito, very good food. I am picky when it comes to fast food. This beats taco bell hands down. The past 2 times I’ve been here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Previous time, I got the wrong food. Today, I got the wrong drink. Getting orders correct is not difficult, not sure why they’re suddenly having an issue.

The steak quesadilla is really good, it's decent for being the only place open past 2am. Only thing I find extremely annoying is that the wait in line drive-thru is unreasonably long wether there are 2 cars ahead or 10.. it's always a long wait.. (please offer ppl to park in your lot till their food is ready so others can save gas, time, sanity. thanks)

The food my husband ordered was ok. Steak was overly seasoned that it was not very good. Drive thru wait time was ridiculous. It was late at night and not very busy. Do not understand why the wait time was well after 10 minutes. I will never know

Says open 4 hours just went through the drive nobody answered... Nobody came to the window. Called the store the people we could see inside didn't answer. WOW McDonald's it is.

My experience here has been touch and go. Some nights they are great and others there's much to be desired. Tonight I had a nice and friendly cashier at the window the line gave us a bit of wait time. Last week I visited and the cashier I had asked me if I wanted any sauce for my order at the window. I leave and get home to find that they did infact NOT add my desired sauce after I clearly asked. For this location service depends on the day ?

I absolutely LOVE Del Taco! Food is delicious and you definitely get what you pay for! I have never had a bad experience except for tonight.... I ordered a mondo burrito combo and as soon as I unwrapped it I could tell it was a little loose so I thought it would be fine....but not even halfway through eating it it started to fall apart and ooze out the bottom....so it wasnt tightly wrapped as it should've been. Still delicious, but a tighter wrapping job would help.

I only came here because of the App but when I showed up July 22nd at 2:50am they told me they were understaffed and were only doing delivery orders....last week they were closed late night because their Machines were down. Strange....week beforw that I came in and the guy in the drive thru didn't shut his window all the way and I could here him yell " why are they coming at 3am to eat" stop being 24 hours if you can't provide a service....

Mistakes happen, how it's handled makes the difference. Excellent food always. Best bang 4 buck- standard chicken soft taco; Worth your $- full size burritos, strawberry lemonade (mostly sweet,slightly tart and strawberry chunks), mini-churros; Not worth $- habanero taco on value menu (too much rice, too much tortilla, chips in it not crunchy, not even mild spicy). I walked in with bags with the wrong order, they asked me Did you get the wrong order? Then apologized, then they verified what was on it, remade it, offered to let me keep the wrong one also, and at the end thanked me for my patience. Nicely handled, will go there again.

Spend over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane just to get told that the car in front of me was the last order and they're closing. And there's a line of cars behind me, so I still get to wait in line for nothing. So much for being open 24 hours.

When you order chips and cheese you get a very tiny bag of chips, like 10 chips. Even when you ask for a large bag you get the same amount. They made the large cheese smaller now. Huge disappointed!!
