First of all the owner is very polite, informative, honest person. The cab provided to us during our goa tour from 10 jan to 14 jan we took a cab along with driver for day he was also nice person and rent of the cab was very reasonable compare to other rentals. The owner also asked us in case we need any help when he heard our 5 yr old daughter vomited during travel due to motion sickness he was ready to extend his services to help us and we didn't complete the whole day tour came back to hotel he also reduced the money which was decided it shows his honesty and humanity. We also took cab on last day from hotel to station.

a big thanks to Raymond ....if he hadn't helped... we would have missed our train.... we where in a requirement to urgently reach the station, and our booked car didn't turn up.. out of panic we where trying alternative numbers listed in google ... all denied ... but he managed to get us a cab, and ensure it reaches us on time ... getting cabs at Goa is difficult .. but he assured it worked out for us I would personally suggest. anyone coming to Goa should have a tie up with them ... and they shall provide u a hassle free stay and travel... thanks to Raymond and his coordinator God bless you

MR Ray is a fantastic person, you will have great trust worthy friend in Goa. His busses are in a very good condition with Air-conditioned and mic with it. We had a great tour in Goa.

Dear friends we had a wonderful experience during our visit to Goa. Suddenly we had to change our group's route, the guy who's bus we had booked was demanding extra and time limit. We got connected with Mr. Ray, he understood our problems and charged us 25% less and without any time limit. Bus was of excellant new condition. His wonderful driver, not worried about payment too. Raymond is a Genuine, Authentic Tour Guide and operator. Be it Duddsagar falls or Water adventure at Grand Island, the cost was at-least 300Rs less than others. A very cordial person.

We book a car rental from other operator & car battery down. The original operator took time and was saying we have done something wrong & in that case this operator help us on a one call which we had searched from Google. On top of it didn't charged anything. So very good service for tourists on difficult time. This is just 20 days back incident on 27 Nov,2022. Thanks Rays tours & travels.

I have done water activities last week including breakfast and dinner. overall my experience is very bad. breakfast and lunch provided is very bad & limited. I suggest if you go in this travels. Take some snacks other wise whole day you will keep hungry. Other thing is all water sports activities time is less than 1 minutes. In 1 minutes, what you are enjoying ? We have groups of 5 person. All peoples are money & time going to waste. I suggest prefer other travels. .

This was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly, specially Ram Sir, accommodating and truly interested in giving the visitors a once in a life time and pleasurable experience! Our trip began by seeing Fort Agauda Jail, Billionaire's palace and dolphin sighting. We were given 3 beers some snacks and packed lunch as well! They was music on the boat with a DJ and everyone danced to his tune. We also had kayaking and stand up board paddling. We had a jolly good time, thank you Rays Tours & Travels thank You Mr. Ram

I Have booked for rental car here. Driver Altaf is very good & guided the overall tour as per our requirement. Well behaved. Car prices is negotiable from their end which is better for not opting the overall packages.

The person is very polite with his tongue. Still, things don't happen as he says. They don't keep the promise. Say something and show something other.
