Go to the Cibodasari Community Health Center for the first pregnancy check. Coincidentally health facility 1 is here, so come early before 8 o'clock to register. The registration officer was friendly and very helpful. After registering, wait in front of the KIA polyclinic in a different building from registration. The first drawback is the lack of seating to wait even though the KIA polyclinic is mostly pregnant women who should sit. Hopefully in the future there will be enough seating available. Because it is the first pregnancy check, so immediately check the blood. Blood checks for glucose, HIV, syphilis, hemoglobin, etc. The lab officer who checked his blood was very unfriendly, bitchy and uncooperative. Many pregnant women complain that when their blood is taken it is very painful. Please be more friendly and informative in the future. When called to be examined by the midwife, the midwife was very friendly and very informative. I asked about this and that and was still answered in a friendly and clear manner. But because I'm still 9 weeks pregnant, I haven't checked my fetal heart rate yet. BPJS does not cover ultrasound because there were no complaints. If you want an ultrasound then use personal funds and go to a hospital or other midwife. The latest BPJS policy is for ultrasound only once with truly urgent complaints. Then the midwife prescribes medication according to the pregnant woman's complaints. For me, I was given Folic Acid as a blood booster and B6 for nausea. The pharmacy staff are friendly and informative. After that, wait for the results of the blood check and it's finished. Overall, the Cibodasari Health Center provides very good service. The seating facilities and friendliness of the lab staff just need to be improved. All officers and midwives wear complete protective equipment due to Covid-19. The cleanliness of the health center is also good. It's just that water for washing hands is not paid enough attention, it has run out but not been refilled. It is recommended to come early because the number of patients at the KIA polyclinic is limited due to Covid-19.

My friend was sick, I took him here, but the service took a very long time, even though the polyclinic was generally no longer there, no one was called anymore, it's a shame that the children were left at school for a long time.

Starting from the print queue counter where the data is not updated so you need to (((ask))) update it first to the ladies in the internal section, the general poly section, the service today is good, fast, but disappointing in the pharmacy section, take the medicine, it is given at the latest to close even though it has already arrived. At 8 nan finished leaving the public polyclinic. I thought the medicine was rare or out of stock, but it's true that there is BPJS class discrimination here.

Staff service is bad, bitchy faces don't smile enough, don't implement 5S. My sister was sick and had to have her blood checked, the staff didn't give any warning when my sister wanted to have her blood taken, just played with needles until she was shocked, asked and answered whether it was okay or not, just keep quiet, it's very inappropriate for staff to have behavior like that!

Honestly, in my opinion, the Cibodas Community Health Center is still good.. Compared to the Karawaci Community Health Center.. I give 5 stars to Cibodas..

The health center with the worst service in the city of Tangerang. No more coming there even though it's only a few hundred meters from home.

During the child's immunization, my husband and I waited up to 1 hour 30 minutes to queue to get the medicine... Eh, apparently the pharmacist said, the midwife who was immunizing the worker forgot to input the data for my child's name so my child's name wasn't called for a very long time. Oh yes, why is there a 24 hour emergency room? My child, 5 months old, is sick, the health center officer said when I went for treatment, he was told to go straight to the emergency room if my child had a fever. The next day my husband and I went to the emergency room to have my child checked, just take a look or not!! The emergency room officers just shouted from their desks & I was still in front of the door, not invited in either. In fact, I was immediately shouted at and told to just go to the hospital emergency room, even though I went to the community health center emergency room because of orders from the community health center officer when I was taking my child for treatment, so the initial treatment was to go to the community health center emergency room first and ask for a referral, said the midwife when I went for treatment. But in reality, I was given a referral, the emergency room officer at the health center said that the referral would be easy to follow up here. You can't check anything. There's no LAB. That's a bitch!!

The operators had already left before registration time was over. Bad service, help the government hold training regarding employee discipline at the Cibodasari Community Health Center

The lab section is rude, very rude, the information section is the same, you are a waiter, why is that so if the waiter has to know himself, please teach the head of the community health center how to serve in a good, friendly, polite way, don't be grumpy, especially as there are a lot of elderly people who are seeking treatment, a lot of people are Why are sick people treated politely bro???? Rearrange the parts that are ugly and fierce,

I wanted to have an ultrasound without BPJS when I arrived and was told that MCH services were closed that day (I came at 8 o'clock) I was told to come later at 3 o'clock to the emergency room, when I came back at 3 o'clock it turned out I couldn't use BPJS, it should have been said from the start so I didn't go back and forth there. , the boss seemed unwilling to answer my question, he was less than professional, his way of working was like he was playing while working, even though the health worker had to be clear in his explanations so that he didn't make a mistake.
