Very bad service pay $40 for mac favourites bundle we ordered 1big mac 1 quarter 2 Mac chicken & comes with 10 Nuggets plus 2 sauces. They gave us 2 chicken & cheeses instead. I drive back to them and complain they don’t want to do anything about it. The manger was very disrespectful & rude I will never be going back to any MacDonalds ever again

30 minutes wait for coffee and frozen muffin; dirty tables, floors and chairs; no apologies when we had to ask for our order! Come on McDonald’s Gosnells, do the job properly!

I like this place, it has a very convenient location for both ways of the main street and for the supermarket close by. It has a very small playground for toddlers, so if you have children 5+ this is not the place to entertain them. Medium size parking which gets full in the afternoon for the gym close by. Disability access and toilets available.

Which I could get this no stars. The service they presented was the worst i’ve ever seen, I originally ordered a small cheeseburger meal, and this Mcdonald’s messed up my order and said i can get it replaced, they asked for my name which is supplied them with, But tonight i went there and it never showed up on the system, the attitude i got given made me sick to my stomach, as a person working in fast food i know this attitude is unacceptable, the manager who gave this attitude is a tallish, big build man with a nose piercing, so i wasted my money on a meal just for it to be messed up twice, and i wish this was the end of this review but the restaurant was absolutely appalling, from trolleys in the restaurant to over flowing bins to receipts hanging to the floor, i would not understand how any one would want to eat in here, So basically never come to this mcondalds as they scam you and the restaurant is filthy.

I asked for my order to be cooked fresh but after waiting 10min this is what I received. As I am a chef I can see they just put the old chips in the oil and reheated them up as the chips are full of oil the same as my burger as well. The lady at the window did not say anything to me when giving me food. Berry disappointed

Had to wait 15 minutes for my order which was only a large frozen coke and a choc macaroon. But it got worse as they had no macaroons defrosted. Absolutely shocking speed of service.

Only person in store. Been waiting 20 minutes for my single item combo. I can see my burger sitting there. Drive thru gets priority and every cars going over regardless. Place is a $hitshow. Upper management needs to manage their crew better than this. Friday morning at 8.30am.

Stopped a few times just to see if i was unlucky the first time ..... but no .... every single time food is over cooked and cold ... at 6am it looks like they have 1 staff member doing everything from taking your order running to the back and making the drinks ,always a 5 minute wait at least in drive through. Wont be going back.

Every time we order coffee they manage to get it wrong. It is not over complicated to make a cappuccino. They try to push orders out but get it wrong or simply don’t care. Today we ordered a vanilla latte, and a Cappuccino, they didn’t add vanilla and I would not call the coffee a cappuccino that’s for sure... This happens every weekend we go, it’s not a once off thing. Even have gone back in from the drive through to complain of the poor service outcome.

Last night we went to drive thru and a funny situation occurred. There was only 1 person taking orders and preparing the order. I was only here to buy a coffee which took them atleast 20 minutes to prepare. The poor guy was struggling as being the only person doing all the work. Very disappointing.

Terrible service. After ordering online through their app we still had to wait another 35 minutes instore to pick up our order so that was over an hour from ordering to receiving the food. Even they they left things out of the order.

Time and time again, this store has gone above and beyond. Every time I visit this store, I come with a list of order numbers, a bunch of edited items and on top of that, I always get my partner and sons food fresh. And yet every time, they rise to the occasion. My coffee is always made perfect (extra shot + hazelnut) and the food is great. They are quick to resolve any problems and the service, especially the managers, have awesome attitudes towards their work and their customers. I hope you see this, you guys are amazing and by far, the best store if visited in a long time. Keep up the great work.

Useless store. Would be nice to be able to order from southern river on the apps as this place is yet to provide a correct order! Never provide straws or napkins unless you ask for them. All round terrible food and service! WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO ORDER FROM SOUTHERN RIVER ON THE APP!

I had a grilled chicken snack wrap Worst experience because pratha was no cooked well V bad.

Accommodating service staff and playground that caters for younger children (2 - 4 years old). I got a duplicate toy from the happy meal and asked if I can swap for a book but they gave both to me instead.

We Order through Doordash coffees. Drink missing straw missing. I went to maccas to get the drink by myself 9 crew member working. Manager on duty (Josh) don't know whats happening in store. Doesn't want to take responsibility at all. Maccas management really need to work on that.

I must say, their day shift crew are always lovely but I much prefer the food when school is back and the shift is covered by adults. This school holidays I have had some pretty ordinary food and service as well as missing items… room for improvement here for sure

Terrible service at this store. After a 40min wait with cold food being sent back on 3 occassions I got a poor excuse from the poor excuse of a manager. Apparently it takes 40 mins to make fresh nuggets I call B/S on that They have also tried to kill my disabled client by loading up a burger with mustard when specified NO MUSTARD I will be making a formal complaint to maccas Head office for such appalling customer service.

After waiting for 10 minutes to be served. I ordered 2 frozen fantastic and one frozen cokes. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They where only half frozen and I was also over charged. I think I give this store a miss.

This place has gone way downhill. Haven't purchased in quite a while and normally great but last night's dinner was disgusting. My sons nuggets were dark and looked re-cooked 3 times, fries were stone cold, his sprite tasted like soda water, half a cheese slice in his chicken and CHEESE burger, and I couldn't even chew the pattie in my fillet of fish. Was like chewing cardboard as if it had sat there all day, and again stone cold. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Lift your game Gosnells Maccas or you will end up with a bad rep!

Other then the chips being a little bit soggy, as if they were fried up a while before i ordered, it was a very nice meal. Lovely place for kids to go and get a bite to eat and some of the better service I've had in a while.

Only thing worse than the service at the Gosnells store is the cleanliness. Staff walk back and forth whilst ignoring mess all over the floor and don't try to speak to someone to order as that simply won't happen. Lift your game McDonald's Gosnells MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE SACKED

Slow service. Waited for almost an hour for my fillet o fish. Saw the staffs just chatting. I am dining in and they should prioritise it. So many uber drivers waited for hours too.

Thank you McDonald's Gosnells for making me realise why I don't buy McDonald's regularly. The staff have no customer service and look like they don't want to be there. My Angus burger had more lettuce in the container than in the burger. We paid for 2 cokes and what got was more like slightly coloured soda water. Very poor McDonald's.

Brooke served us through the drive through today and her service was absolutely impeccable, she was patient and professional. Furthering on from that the food was fresh and when I told the manager we had received good service she was so thankful to her team Well done guys

No matter how bad your day is.. I believe staff should remember that not everybody Is going to give them attitude.... and this is the reasons I very rarely go to Gosnells store. Im still giving 5 stars because the other staff members where polite and friendly.

Like all other reviews say, this place is CLEAN. You can tell the staff take pride in the uniform. Food presentation could of been a little better but it still tastes just the same!

Please remind the staff not to miss when putting a burger together. If they we’re out of a ingredients get / ask for more ? No excuses when the place is quiet. Next time I’ll just finish driving home and make myself a piece of toast and slap a little butter on it . Equal outcome pretty much. Just thought I’d mention something this time around seems so it was a burger.
