I travel frequently with on shanti travells but now the Qualis very bad .they use Dirty bed sheets these days, They are taking local passengers also. Very very very bad experience.

Bhut hi backwas. Pathetic service, driver and conductors were rude to all passengers including ladies with age above 50 I have made a police complaint against them.

It's not a great experience because 70 percentage people not wear a mask.you bus operators not cheque temperature it worst you service and you people risk all person

It is a very useless service, by booking tickets on the phone of these people, they give tickets to other people and also dispute, they harass people like this.

Bus was shifted to ac to non ac

Buses are cleaner but issue with punctuality and dropping points. Skipped decided dropping poonts to save time. Lots of inconvenience due to such impromptu actions. Needs to have some accountability for such actions. Chhindwara- Indore Mp09 PA2799

Traveling for 10+ years on this traveells good Desi buses

conductor behavior was not good he is trying to take extra charges for my luggage after reaching on my destination

The bus departed from itarsi at 8:40..but the bus ticket confirmation showed the timing of departure as 8:50.....the bus driver asked as to reach hosangabad ...we managed nyhow to reach der....but he continuously was telling us that he won't stop the bus...I would never recommend this bus service to nyone....after getting in the bus ...the driver was yelling at us...n was so rude also he rode the bus so rash n recklessly...

The bus which departed at 9:25 am from indore tagged as non stop bus nothing is different between this bus and a local bus only bus condition is better but bus service is very poor. I am in the bus right now from 9:25am still not arrived to the destination and time of the destination was 1:35 pm even the staff said half hour is remaining now 😑 . I will never choose this bus again .
