It says service hours start at 7.30 but it's already 7.45 and the registration counter hasn't opened yet, it's easiest to register online but you have to have your RM number, but you still have to wait for the counter to open, sometimes the sound of the TV is annoying when people talk at the registration counter so you can't hear clearly. As for the service at each standard poly², it's not that disappointing, hopefully the service can be improved again
