Food is good, place is cozy, the staffs were probably can get improved a little bit. I came here to eat breakfast with my kids. They really enjoy the food and the place, the front cashier staffs was very kind, polite and helpfull, I wish I could say the same to other staffs. When eating, I accidentally drop the drink, and spill the floor. I have to get the mop by myself to clean the floor. I didn't see the cleaning staffs initiative to respond it earlier. Some of the staffs were also found to talk in front of washer, blocking customer to wash their hand. The second floor somehow was closed, it is a pity, I knew that the second floor is filled with children's playground

McDonald's near almost all the bigger universities in Malang. Strategic place, open 24 hours which is great. I don't like this McDonald's and would definitely avoid going here if I could. Perhaps just use the drive thru. - If you try to lay back in the chairs, it seems like they're about to break - Both of the sauce pumps are chili sauce, which just doesn't make sense. There's also no tomato sauce available without asking. - Dirty washing table - Chaotic ordering system This is the thing with popular eating places near campuses I guess 🤷‍♀️

Got Big Mac and Triple Cheese Burger with a very cheap price thanks to 11.11 promo. When there's a big promo, the drive thru line will be very long. So please queue in orderly manner alias budayakan antri dengan tertib! Yesterday there was this ojol guy with his family that cut the line and almost overlapped us. We scolded him then they moved behind us. But actually their turn should be 2 or 3 behind us. So akhlakless!

a cozy place, for quick bites even for staying there, 24hr with free wifi and electrical availability, sure is tempting for college students around there, either eating, drinking, or working on some projects. and specifically fall in love with the fish and fries, crispness of the fish with mayonnaise sauce, can't ask for more, just try it. but for the burger meh, i prefer other fast food chains for burger menu

Incompetent staff! Ordering "Big Breakfast" menu went terrible. The menu described "HOT TEA or COFFEE" for drinks yet they sent me a cup of ICE LEMON TEA which create stomach ache in the morning! I suppose the McDonald's at Dinoyo, Malang need another Reading Lesson to upgrade their comprehension. [*Note: ordered by online]

I go to many McDonald's around east Java and by this far, this McDonald's have the kindest staff ever Preparation is fast, staff is energetic and responsive, the ambience is excellent Just one thing tho, the parking staff is pure meh, like they appear out of nowhere and ask for the parking fee. I mean I know that every food chain always has them but please at least help people to get their vehicle out. Don't just laze around and ask for money

Friendly service is always provided by Mc D. Order some menus including the Fille O Fish Burger, there are a few problems in the Fille O Fish making machine. The cashier politely offered another menu.. Finally I chose the deluxe cheese burger which was more expensive. When the order is finished and I want to pay the underpayment. The cashier said no need. Thank you Mc D for the service.. Wonderfull job.

I went here at 9PM last night since I was so hungry at that time. Luckily they were open. The place, despite being that late, was still crowded. Mostly, the visitors were uni students, working on the assignments and having small talks with friends. The service, as always, is fast. You can order via available screen and just wait for ur meals being delivered to ur table. Easy peasy! Unfortunately, didn't take any photos since I was too focused on my hunger 🤣

Try to get last sahur in here, at the last day of Ramadan Fasting month. 👍🏻👍🏻

A good place to finish your work at night or start your day in the morning. Love the ambiance evetho its lil bit crowded but its okay. So many students did their work here, makin me feel i'm young again

Hallo. Yesterday, I and my brother went to Mcdonald's and order some food. I ordered iced coffee and burger, while my brother ordered burger and coffee float. We also tried the vanilla cone which is trending right now. So far, the taste is good but if you order for "take away" the you should bring extra plastic from home. Cause Mcdonald's has implemented a "go green system" to reduce plastics waste. Thanks ❤
