It is very crowded especially in Lebaran day. The drive thru service should be improved (adding more employees, so there is not only one employee that handle different works). Thank you.

Usual KFC food quality, it has a coffee shop inside and ample seating place outside, good for groups of people to hand out.

Super SLOW and BAD service Great taste food, but once again SUPER SLOW and BAD service, I was take a drive thru. It cost me 25 MINUTES of waiting time. While there is still 5 cars behind me also waiting for their food to be served as well... KFC compared to other fast food company, for me it always slow and not good service especially it's 'drive thru' , but for me it was okay until this time. KFC never learn and upgrade their service to their "loyal" customer.

I like this place when midnight it’s so cozy, but so much out of stock food. What i order when run out is: Fish fillet Soda

Here could be one of the crowded KFC in Surabaya, because the place was spacious and many people would think that the food wouldn’t be yesterday’s leftovers here. So many people would come to here. Parking space wasn’t difficult too since the space is large and safety😁

The manual order (queue) is faster than the pick up counter Pick up counter should be faster than the queue, shouldn't it?

The music is kinda too loud, especially the kids cause they keep screaming. But the atmosphere outside is pretty good in the morning. 24/7 open (last time i check)
