dicek

ada
kurang

yg

produksi,

tepatnya
sangat
tidak
rapi
pengerjaannya
(jahitan
yg
tidak
rapi,
asal,
coretan
pola
yang
masih
ada
dimana-mana
dan
tidak
bisa
hilang,
potongan
pola
yg
miring-miring,
jahitan
lepas/sobek
dll).
Ketika
dikomplain,
responnya
sangat
tidak
profesional,
hanya
ngotot
barang
tidak
bisa
diretur
jika
lebih
dari
1x24
jam.
Ketika
akhirnya
kami
kembalikan
ke
outlet,
dan
komplen
tidak
ada
usaha
sama
sekali
untuk
mengecek
barang
yg
kami
kembalikan,
TIDAK
DICEK
SAMA
SEKALI
selama
kami
disana
dan
komplen.
Mbok
ya
at
least
dilihat
untuk
diverifikasi
gitu
lo,
apa
sih
yg
dimaksud
customer,
trus
apakah
kerusakannya
minor
atau
tidak,
apakah
bisa
diperbaiki
atau
tidak,
mungkin
kasih
customer
solusi
lain.
Tapi
mbaknya
hanya
ngotot
dan
defensif
sekali
kalau
tidak
bisa
dituker.
Padahal
harusnya
kondisi
seperti
ini
bisa
jadi
masukan
bagus
buat
perusahaan
untuk
memperbaiki
kualitas
barang
dari
supplier/pengrajin.
Ketika
diberi
masukan,
tentang
QC
produk,
alasannya
malah
"kasian
bapaknya
yang
bikin
sudah
tua"
Kami
'akhirnya'
bisa
mendapatkan
refund
atas
barang
yg
tidak
oke,
dan
perbedaan
harga,
setelah
perdebatan
panjang.
Saran
untuk
pembeli
lain,
langsung
QC
barang
di
tempat.
