none
of
their
employees
are
familiar
with
the
concept
of
tea.
70%
of
the
time
if
I
order
a
Chai
TEA
Latte
they
make
a
regular
coffee
latte
instead.
My
poor
husband
routinely
has
to
go
back
to
the
store
and
tell
them
they
made
my
drink
wrong.
The
manager
is
useless
in
rectifying
the
situation
as
the
only
thing
they
will
do
it
tell
you
that
they
will
give
you
a
free
drink
as
a
replacement…so
long
as
you
schedule
a
date
and
time
in
advance
to
come
get
said
free
tea
because
somehow
a
company
that
is
this
large
has
no
way
of
issuing
a
coupon
or
gift
certificate
for
such
a
thing
and
the
manager
must
be
present
and
tell
their
employees
not
to
charge
you.
You
would
think
after
the
first,
second,
or
third
time
this
happens
the
manager
might
invest
in
more
training
for
their
employees
or
at
least
tell
them
to
be
more
mindful.
But
that
appears
to
not
happen
as
my
order
is
still
regularly
messed
up.
This
is
why
Starbucks
will
be
getting
the
majority
of
business
as
they
have
never
messed
up
my
tea
lattes.
