2 times in a row from Nasa Rd location - We got the wrong pizza. Then last time the pizza was smooshed and cold with the wrong beverages to boot. They offer a free medium pizza when they mess up, but I’m too afraid to order from this store anymore. It’s been almost a month and we are still upset about that last one. Especially since the manager said she couldn’t help, except to give us a free pizza for next time. Of which we never used. Done!

For future reference you shouldn’t tell a customer you don’t like their tone because they’re inquiring about an incorrect delivery order. I was absolutely polite and just curious to what needed to be done to correct their mistake. They delivered 4 cheese pizzas with no pepperoni (the manager admitted she made the order) She’s trying way too hard to be “the boss” customer service is a priority especially when you as the manager are in the wrong. We’ll never order from here again. I was also assaulted by their delivery driver in an attempt to get my food that he set down on the table

Best Philly cheese steak pizza ever! Also the wings are better than any wing place. I love the mango habanero with Bleu cheese for dipping. Sandwich are great too. I don't like the regular pizzas though, or the pasta because the sauce is watery. All in all, a great choice for the things I mentioned.

Well where do I start? The service had been good up until today. I received a pizza from them that the presentation was awful and instructions were not followed. The pizza looked as though it had been dropped on its side. So I call and complain to the manager who refused to give me her name, Kelly, and then hung up on me when I asked for it to be made right. Quality customer service? Not even close. I would give 0 stars if I could based on the attitude I received alone. I almost pity her existence.

Domino’s Seabrook needs to stick to doing pizzas. Thought I would try something different and ordered the pasta and wings. It looks like someone ate half of the pasta and it was dry and cold, the same with the wings. I have had good results when ordering pizza but I will never order anything else from them. Well, maybe a bottle of Coke.

Pizza was decent but not the taste I would typically have with dominos. Once I opened up my pizza, it had some cards inside… strange… not sure what the issue was and the cards… 2-3 Stars

This is my fav dominos location. I had a hiccup on my last order and was refunded for it. Every other time I’ve ordered from here, the food has been perfectly made and quickly delivered. Jacob has delivered my order to me a couple times now and he is great. He was quick to my apartment, acknowledged the trouble with my last order, and is just a nice guy with a knack for customer service. I hope this location recognizes his value. I’ll order again soon.

I had to update my review and give this place a few more stars. I ordered a build it yourself pizza and parm bread bites. I received my order and everything was amazing!
