A worth to try vegan-friendly "nasi campur tahu" or tofu with rice and mixed vegetables if you happen to visit Sukawati. Located behind the famous Sukawati art market, you can try this dish only with IDR 12,000. The tastes is very simple and not too heavy, since they only serve tofu as the main star of the dish.

Hidden gem behind Sukowati market. The tofu taste really yummy with soft texture. It’s vegan friendly. It’s a small place inside a house, only 15k for a portion.

Culinary legend in Bali since decades ago still offering the same things: rice with mixed vegetables and tofu, with delicious sambals! Cooked with wooden fire, dine at her own house. No parking area available. Meal cost only 1usd.

The owner is nice and polite, but the food is okay only. Not so much flavor on the fried tofu but the crispy one is gooodddd, the sambal is flavorful, savory, and spicy, but without it the food is bland. Ordered the nasi tahu with teh pucuk and crispy tempeh total was 20k. Pricey for a non meat meal tbh.

A fine traditional delicacy, it serves home-cook rice - tofu - vegetable mix, a vegan food. What I like is the sauce, a mix of sweet & salty taste, made from yams. The place is not on the main road, you need to go inside a gate (see photos for the direction). It's the owner home, so please be respectful.

The best rice In my life. It’s made with fire wood, steamed in bamboo vessel which is specifically made for cooking rice traditionally. The banana leaf is excellent. The spices for my Indian pallet was homecoming! I felt I had new lungs after the 2nd serving. I’m going come here often. It’s AUTHENTIC. Don’t try to scale this gem.
