Sang Giri Mountain Glamping Bali

Hotel Resort hotel Holiday park

👍 I stayed for 2 weeks. I enjoyed every minute. Fresh air and vip mountain view are right in front of me. For those who wants to relax, live simple life and back to nature, this is the right place. I rent a motorbike and rode to the rice terrace when i wanted to meet or see other than the rainforest.... People often mention jungle, night, view, stay, staff, friendly,

For place is strategic, near rice terrace Jatiluwih ( must to visit it ). You will really feel live in the jungle but it is very peace, night time it is dark. We go at Sep 2020 ( Pandemic time ), first night just have 3 guest. If a lot of guest we can feel better. Nice food even their menu is simple. Nice weather, not too cool. Next time want to stay again.

Nothing what I was expected. Reality is other. The smell in the bed. When I start to doubt that they have changed the sheets and bedspread. On me it is not a sheet, it is a sheet sewn to a warm quilt, and I wonder if this is washed every time the client changes?!?, it should be yes. The food very good and tasty. The place like that is Ava quiet, just the sound of nature. It bothered me that he made me pay the total amount of my reservation and even dinner before going, there was good communication by wasap, but why the rush to collect? Totsl the site was empty.

Amazing jungle/mountain place to stay. Great rooms, pretty much a 4star hotel quality. Bed was incredible! Couldn't get enough.. They have a small sauna which i enjoyed. Loved the food in the restaurant on site, and I can't say enough warm words about the staff there, I felt very welcomed, everyone around was cheerful and made me feel at home. Will be coming back for sure

Great place to stay for a few days. It is in the jungle,so don’t expect a 5 star A/C hotelroom. Everything is in jungle style, with fire places, panorama deck, great view from your “tent” and so on. Only part of accomodation was tent; bathroom was brick-wall. Great food, very friendly staff, great jungle experience starts at camp site. Not too hot, but high humidity (it is in the jungle…). No A/C, but was not needed either

If you want to feel real Bali, be part of deepest green, this is the place. Hip decor is on point. Pls don’t forget to enjoy magical sunrise from their deck.

Family-run hotel where you are warmly welcomed! Here the guest is absolutely the focus. Far away from the hustle and bustle and the loud scooters, you can relax in nature and have nice conversations with the owner. The food is delicious! Gladly again!

Tucked in the valley of Mount Batukaru, located only 10 minutes away from the infamous Jatiluwih rice terrace, Sang Giri is very beautiful, serene, and it offers magnificent view for sunrise. The owner is super friendly and being attentive to guests. The foods served in the restaurant were just simply delicious. Accommodation was great, got a free upgrade. The only issue was that the hot water was not consistent. It can be a bit tricky to find the location as Google Maps leads to a different place. Make sure you contact the owner before visiting to get an exact location guide. Recommended!

Very calming place to escape the city crowd ❤️. Chilling around the fire is highly recommended since the weather is pretty cold at night. The staffs were friendly, foods and drinks was amazing, comfortable room! It was my second visit and can't wait to be back 🥰🥰

A special serene spot located within reach of the UNESCO rice fields of Jatiluwih and at a vantage point with views over 5 mountains of Bali. Jungle/Bedouin style rustic restaurant and superb quality tents all with lovely local staff. The food offering and coffee was incredible! I can’t wait to be back one day. Terima kasih Sang Giri!

Very nice glamping camp, unfortunately we were only there for 1 night. The staff is super friendly, the tents are cool with very good beds and their own sanitary facilities, almost more like holiday homes. Jungle all around with great views. A very nice lounge and restaurant with good local cuisine. We would like to stay there again at any time

A serene and tranquil escape with breath-taking sunrise view. I stayed in their suite, which has wide front deck with spectacular view of the jungle and silhouettes of mountains. It can get quite chilly at night, not too cold and after a while you get used to it. The service is impeccable, they even picked me up at a close meeting point to make sure I don't get lost. My only problem is with their water heater. I was looking forward to soak in the bathtub while enjoying the view, but the water heater wasn't working properly. When I asked them about it they only said that's the way it works 🤷‍♂️

The one night experience in the jungle offers rest, but the room is very dark, you can't turn on the light with the insects…. The isolation of the hotel means that you have to eat there in the evening because night falls at 6:00 p.m., the price of meals is triple those in the center of Jatiluwih for similar quality. At breakfast, we had the choice between two slices of bread and two eggs or a pancake, asking for more was often frowned upon by the waitress. The homemade jams for breakfast were, however, very good. There is no door at the corner of the bathroom toilet area….limited privacy……. In the end we don't recommend it.

Unique accommodation experience with excellent scenery! Sounds of tropical birds, crickets, frogs just incredible. Kadek is very friendly and makes your stay so enjoyable. Dinner at Sang Giri was also a delight. Traditional local and onsite vegetables used, thank you to everyone who helped spend a lovely wedding anniversary here 💖

Went for a quick visit. They’ve doen amazing things and really support the local community. But overall a little dated and rooms shows signs of wear and tear.
