DON'T EVEN BOTHER, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME Absolutely disgusting rooms, staff are drug affected, manager is always asking tenants for smokes ect the language that comes for staff is absolutely horrible. Fights were constantly going on with drug and alcohol effected people who lived there. One person's cabin was smashed up in my short stay there! I would never return ever again! Rather spend a little extra and stay somewhere relaxing whilst on holiday.

Please do not choose to stay here, it was filthy, in a terrible state of disrepair, fly screens had holes in them or were poorly fitted, cockroaches throughout the cupboards, bathroom, bedroom and lack of attention to cleaning was appalling. On arrival, we noticed a strong smell of urine on the front deck and when we opened the door there were dead bugs on the floor. The Cabin was infested with ants and redback spiders, the bunks were broken, light globes missing, TV remote not working. Kitchen was not equipped with adequate glassware, no tea towel to dry dishes. Food scraps presumably from the previous tenants still on floor. Freezer door frozen closed so we had to defrost the freezer and clean it out before putting our food inside it. 3 inches thick with ice inside!! Main bed was aged and very uncomfortable Overall a really grotty park the locals call 'Criminal Cove' Permanent residents sites look derelict, junk piled up all around!! My cousin booked a cabin also and after checking in, left, because the place was putrid!! I had my aged Mum with me and she was mortified!! Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in!!!

This place is so terrible and nasty that it shouldn’t be offered as an accommodation facility. There were spiderwebs and cockroaches everywhere in the cabin. The sheets and mattresses were so filthy that you don’t want to touch anything. The smell is unbearable with a mix of old, dirt and insecticide. One of the double beds consisted in one mattress on top of another and be sofa bed mattress was thinner than a finger. We spent there one night and none of us was able to sleep. But of course the first thing they tell you before you can see the cabin is: “no refunds”, and no wonder why because nobody would stay if they could avoid it.

Do not stay here, keep driving. The bathroom and toilet facilities are so disgusting i felt like I needed another shower after showering. We were put in a spot next to what looked like a crack den. Thought it was abandoned until someone started banging on the door. The mosquito's are unbearable as its more a swamp than a caravan park. Did not feel safe at all. I'd give it 0 stars if i could.

Place was dirty, dishes were dirty, Air Conditioning needed cleaning was blowing dust out, said they were busy packed full but there was like no one there, good it was pet friendly, oven and TV was half broken, pool was dirty lots of leaves sticks etc in it, kids play room was a garage full of old mattresses, rumpus room was old smelly, full of old appliances and dirty carpet only good thing was the walls were painted but a not so good job 3/10, old wood fire BBQ's were dirty and half broken except for the Rumpus Room ones new electric ones were 10/10 :) The owner/caretaker was friendly but the place needs a good clean up! The view was good out the back but the warf needs to renovations as its wonky to walk on. I also liked the walking trails around the caravan park that was nice. summary if this place was cleaned up and had bran new cabins, amenity blocks, Rumpus room, pool, kids room etc. it would be a a great 4-5 star caravan park. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

DISGUSTING, UNSAFE, STAY AWAY. From electrical problems (sparks coming from walls) to unsavoury peoples. The pools are not usable, and don't even ask for a refund, but who knows u may get lucky and get an actual key for your cabin unlike our luck. Please choose somewhere else.

Was a great walkway but our council don't think it worthwhile to maintain

This place is terrific, an absolute must stop in for any caravaner, or any holiday maker for that matter as the cabins looked cosey with bunks for the kids. The pool was a fam favorite, could hardly bring the kids in for lunch or dinner. Kayak hire made our weekend stay an adventure. The river is beautiful and with good fishing (or so I'm told) I could hardly get a bite. We all made some great friends and the staff had us in stitches. Will definitely be back, I'm counting the days.

Over the Christmas period my family and visited the park and had an absolute 'Perlla' of a time, staff and other visitors were extremely warm and welcoming. Couldn't keep the girls away from the pool as well as the boy from fishing off the jetty. Our cabin was very neat and tidy which is a change from a last holiday at 'coffs' considering my wife quit picky she loved the place. This is the first time we've taken Tilly (our puppy) away and it was comforting to know that the park was pet friendly with walking tracks and full of other holidayers with their pets. This was a massive save on money not having to put her in a Doggie hotel. From what the wife and kids have said (because they have non stop talked about it), we will defiantly be returning this year to catch up with the mates we made last year.

👍 Great place to launch your boat from the ramp. Great picnic spot . A few undercover picnic tables. Take your own Webber Q , for a BBQ. OR just a fish. Nice views across the lake.
