Absolutely the best coffee in town. The customer service verys by store, the best place is the coffee hut of 100th and old Seward. The worst is jewel lake but I live by jewel lake and go there still. But sometimes to avoid the not so happy employees there I'll make the longer drive to the other one... no offense to the employees just wish they would be happier or at least win an Oscar acting. That's what most customer service is. It is putting on a show most the time of being happy to be there. I know what it's like I used to work customer service.

Good coffee, inviting space and excellent customer service. Wanted a bag of decaf coffee and they helped me go through the options they had and pick the one that was best for me. Ground it for my French press, too. Ordered a cold Brew (I know, ironically one of the most caffeinated coffees) which was very nice. Mild flavor and definitely full of buzz. Highly recommended

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. I ordered an iced white chocolate americano. Got 2 ice cubes and chunks of white chocolate powder. When I asked if they could possibly re-make it with the powder dissolved and more ice, I got a snarky remark from the barista. Poor service.

This is my favorite coffee shop and my favorite location. I love being here early in the morning for my first cup of coffee and I also love being here in the afternoon for a cup of tea with a friend. I just love being here! Service is great, food/drink is great, atmosphere is AWESOME!

I have lived in Jewel Lake for 13 years and Alaska for 18..I tried extremely hard to like this Jewel Lake kaladi brothers...it was ok in the beginning but has taking a sharp turn downward. Anyone who knows kaladis from before covid or before Starbucks arrived...it was the #1 spot with the most spectacular customer service. It was special and in most stores its still great just not Jewel Lake. The attitude problems are extremely bad...customer service is non existence...and most don't know how to make a decent cup of coffee. I called corporate after years of buying coffee that sucked. They said oh yea, that store we have had issues with for a long time...kinda of like a odd cousin of kaladi.🤣🤣🤣🤣 WHAT!!!

Always patient and courteous, large interior with cool art and they always have cold brew.

All my drinks were prepared correctly. Muffin was very good as was the drinks. My daughter loved the hot chocolate.

This is a ‘Starbucks’ with a comfortable, local seating area. With a wide variety of hidy spots next to recharging outlets- its a perfect place to get a yummy coffee, sip, surf the phone, and enjoy the comfortable chattering and laughter.

Wonderful place to study, grab a breakfast burrito, or coffee descusion. A variety of seating options. Neither too snobby or sterile.

Ordered A White Chocolate Frappuccino And I've Never Seen Horror In My Life. Couldn't Even Drink It So Much Ice Chunkss In It Would've Solved Our Global Warming Problem.

Definitely an old fashioned kind of coffee, nothing like the pictures I saw. My cappuccino tasted burnt with old school dry foam. The latter is fine. The roasting is very old school, super dark. If you like that, you'll be happy!

Nice coffee place! We love Kaladi Coffee and always enjoy it while in Alaska or Denver. This is a nice location. Lots of seating. There are some quick food choices (danishes, etc). Atmosphere is inviting. They even have dog treats for those of us with dogs 🐾. Staff were nice. We’ve been here before and will definitely come here again. While in the Anchorage area, come give this place a try! ☕️

I'm really glad we have such a good coffee shop here. Perfect location for one. If they would serve more food items this would be a crazy popular spot.

We went here almost every day before heading out to Kincaid Park for the Biathlon Team Trials and practices. Consistently great espresso and espresso drinks, friendly staff, good pastries, great ambiance.

Terrible service! No one was at the counter and then gives an attitude about having to work!. Drink had no flavor. Not worth the effort for the price and definitely not worthy of tip. Even though I did tip I still got a flavorless drink. Stick to Starbucks

Awesome coffee, friendly staff. Got their Holiday drink with gingerbread topper - Delicious!

Other than the homeless guy sleeping in there, it wasn't too bad. They're acoustics is really terrible So if you're trying to have a private conversation I wouldn't do it here They do make a really good cup of coffee though
