Felt so energised and refreshed after the massage session followed by steam bath.Had a very good experience with Dr.Sreelekha. Doctor is a very friendly person and I am very happy that she is good at understanding the problems and explaining the remedies. Doctor is very experienced, highly skilled and she has deep knowledge in Ayurveda. She gives good amount of time to study the case and explains the cause and cure of the condition very clearly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for ayurvedic treatment.

As part of detox process, I visited Swastha Life in Electronic City on Neeladri Road. Thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, the warmth and caring you receive, which is spendid. The therapist is cordial and Dr. Lekha's guidance appreciate it. In the end helps your feel really good, healthy and gives a light feeling.

Dr. Sreelekha spends sufficient time listening patiently to the issues and only then would proceed with any diagnosis. This sets her apart from many other doctors who are usually not so eager to listen. She is also goes the extra distance to be available for a chat and to check on the progress. She would also explain clearly what one should expect from a particular treatment. Vishnu is trained and a highly skilled masseuse. He completes the healing experience at Swastha life. Appointments are recommended. Prices are reasonable when compared to similar places in Bengaluru.

Visited the places for my prolonged foot pain and did a 1 week Ayurvedic foot kizhi treatment and started finding difference within 3 days of treatment...Now my foot is far far better and this treatment has given me lots of relief from the pain. Would recommend this place to everyone.
