I am going to give my sincerest review. I like the concept and the treatment is friendly. However, I was disappointed in the outcome. I didn't notice at first but my eyebrows were uneven and crooked. The hair removal was fine, but I expected better when it came to measuring the eyebrow. It was all done free hand and so I think that contributed to my eyebrows being uneven. Had it been what I expected for the price I would have given them 5 stars. But ultimately I was disappointed I am just going back to my old eyebrow person.
