Just get some Red Baron pizza from Publix. As for the review, I was visiting family and they ordered from here. The pizza looks promising when you open the box, but the taste is reminiscent of cheap frozen pizza. Not sure how others give this a 5 when there are some really good spots in the area, even Dominos would have been better. I didn’t go with a 1 because it is edible, just not good.

Wow! I haven’t been here in years! What a shame; this place has greatly declined. All servings are a lot smaller. The Chef’s salad had half an egg, no ham and wilted lettuce. The creamy garlic salad dressing was still very tasty. The pizza tasted good but was way smaller and had less pepperoni then ever. Here’s what got me; when she totaled the order and I put in my card, automatically the tip screen came up, and like a fool I tipped. I was expecting that since they requested a tip that they would bring the food to the table-not a chance! You also have to ask for condiments and they no longer serve wine or beer. Not worth it and never coming back.

Place is falling apart. Needs updating (Tvs - menus - tables - Utensils and plates ffs). They can definitely afford it with all the traffic they get through there. Food was average for a pizza place. All in all it was too pricey for what they have to offer and definitely just order take out as the dine in experience is lacking.

This place used to be good, of recent the food is very POOR quality. Baked fries were EXTRA loaded with salt and both pizza had way too much marinara sauce it was soggy and leaking, not to mention barely any toppings. So much for a $57.00 meal! Would not recommend this place anymore!

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years, however, this will be my last visit. Over the past year they hired an EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. The pizza is not worth his attitude.

Super disappointed with our order this evening. I have been a long-time customer if Sir Pizza, always ordering delivery online. I have several issues with their online system: 1.) There is no way to see an estimated delivery time until you checkout. This should be seen prior to placing an order. 2.) The estimated delivery time is not even close to accurate. I placed an order at 6:22pm and the estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. It’s now 8:04pm, an hour and 40 minutes later, and we still don’t have our food. I called and was told the driver was very busy. That’s fine, but why isn’t the delivery time updated on the website so I can plan dinner appropriately? Very poor service.

I love coming here with my brothers and sisters! They always enjoy the pizza. It is defintley one of my favorite pizza spots locally. The customer service is always great from the lady in the counter. The hot cookies that replaced the crispy cookies from before are so delicious! sometimes I crave the cookies and find myself back sooner haha. Thank you for having an amazing place!

Both the pizza and service here are really good. Adrian was a very polite cashier, when I asked for a recommendation he helped me pick a pizza and I loved it! The pizza was so good. I would definitely go there again :)

We have been ordering from this location for years and loved it! Lately, we call and get very rude customer service. I’m afraid to call for fear that the man who answers is going to be rude. For example, on our order today, I gave him my card number, he said it didn’t go through. I gave it to him again and he says “45 minutes” I ask if it went through this time he says again, with a very rude tone “45 minutes!” Something like this happens every time

I have seen my co workers order from this Sir pizza many times and they always say how great it is. Not to mention the pizza looked delicious. I ordered from here last night and was extremely disappointed. The cheesy garlic bread was hard and stale, like completely hard. I didn’t eat a single bread. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a large pizza as well. Both of these items did not test very fresh and the cheese looked and tasted of very poor quality. I used to never right reviews but unfortunately when I have contacted a business in the past, they never credit you anything. My husband and I will usually kill an entire pizza and cheese bread. Had to throw out most of the pizza, all the garlic breads and half of the cheesy breads.

I called to ask how I can get extra ranch sauce on an Uber eats order and the man I spoke to claimed to be the manager and was SUUUPER RUDE!! I mean I have never in my life called somewhere and received such poor service. If this man is not intact the manager, as he claimed, I would appreciate someone getting back to me!!

I have had worse customer service but this place took the cake.. I ordered 3 personal pizza n the gentleman swiped my card twice. So therefore I had two charges. I waited to see if it clears properly but it didn’t. So I called to inform the manager I’ll be stopping by to discuss that there’s was supposed to be only 1 charge. The manager told me (in a rude way) he cannot remember every order. I told him I understood. Then he asked do I still have my receipt and credit card. I told him yes, of course. He said he will be at the restaurant till 5pm and hung up in the middle of me asking for his name. I had to call back to get a name of Julio. Now I’m worried about going to the restaurant only to get my money back .. part 1

Needed a quick small cheese pizza & they did just that. Delicious. Fresh. Burned My mouth multiple times, absolutely worth it.

Good food made quickly. The restaurant was clean and prepared. The music was too loud for comfortable conversation, which was weird for a sit down pizza place at lunch.

I don't understand....we ordered three pizzas and they literally have no taste... Everyone who ate looked confused after their first bite.

My boys favorite pizza. Staff is always so nice and pizza is always on point. Family atmosphere. Make sure to dip your pizza in ranch and get one of their famous cookies for dessert!

We came here because we were craving sir pizza. We were going to go to key Biscayne but found this location and it was so much closer to our home that we wanted to try it out. It was a horrible idea. We ordered our pizza with extra cheese and it didn’t have the extra cheese. The pizza dough was bad and it had a lot of sauce.

Grew up in Indiana and have had this pizza all my life. The toppings are SUPPOSED to be all the way to the edge not just piled in the middle. Need someone on the phone who can understand English.
