My first time in this facility. Wonderful place where patients are treated with respect. Less than 30 min. waiting time. The doctor took the time to listen and to instruct me about my condition. I do recommend this Urgent Care Facility to anyone.

Short wait time and competent care. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the staff. Next time I am not feeling right rather than trying to schedule an appointment with my PCP I will directly go the Baptist Urgent Care Clinic. I am very satisfied with my visit

Every time I’ve gone either for my children or myself I’ve had a great experience. The service is great, RN and Doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. The place is always immaculate. This last time RN: Rob and Doctor Zamora were amazing… even the receptionist (whom I’ve gotten a couple times already). Thank you!

I had the unpleasant experience of being a patient at the 11805 S Dixie Baptist Urgent Care. The doctor came in the room immediately with a cold, condescending attitude that was extremely off putting. The entire time they barely provided any helpful feedback. They also were a very bad listener when I tried explaining what brought me in that day. There was only one redeeming quality at this location and it was an extremely professional and courteous nurse that I believe was only at that location temporarily. That nurse was definitely in the right profession and deserves recognition by making me feel comfortable with needles and my condition. However, the doctor should take notes from this nurse on how to interact with the public.

From the admitting/intake registration person through treatment all staff excellent. The two nurses were very attentive, the Urgent Care physician was also attentive and I was discharged within approximately one to one and half hour of arrival. Very pleased

My wife and I went in today for the first time and the service and medical care provided by the PA (Maria) was outstanding. She was very thorough and knowledgeable as she examined us for diagnosis. She displayed professionalism and a caring approach; the staff was very nice too. We are pleased and will definitely come here from now on when in need of urgent care.

My daughter had a playground incident at school that required immediate medical attention. I was hesitant to come here, but the school recommended this urgent care and it was just a few minutes away. Thankfully it was not busy upon arrival, and my daughter was admitted just a few minutes after I completed the paperwork. The staff was wonderful through the process and made it much less stressful than expected; they seemed to genuinely care. They were great with kids (and provided coloring book and crayons as well as prizes upon completion), and they really helped my daughter and I to both stay calm through the process. The nurse and doctor explained their tools and next steps to my daughter so she was prepared for discomfort and managed to stay relatively calm when her wound was being cleaned and then stapled. I'm really glad we ended up coming here instead of going to the hospital, and we're extremely appreciative of the care my daughter received.

Pre-registering with the pineapple app was a big help in saving time. All staff was nice and thorough.

I had not been to this Baptist urgent care location and was surprised how quick everything was. Location had easy to park access and all was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was able to see Doctor soon, which prescribed medicines I was able to pick up quickly. I will be recommending this location to friends.

Nurses were super helpful and efficient with their time in examination rooms Had an x-ray for broken finger. Was in and out of facility in 1 hour 15 minutes including receiving medicines in lobby machine. Good work Baptist

From arrival to leaving, everyone was helpful and extremely competent and knowledgeable. Considering a person is there for a reason they would rather not have to be, I left there in complete comfort that I was treated very well and would not hesitate to return if necessary.

I asked to be retested for Covid. The tech who took the sample barely touched the inside of my nose. I was told that I was negative and retested my self at home. Of course I was positive. I am super cautious because of family members health status and my concern with infecting them. I called the urgent care to lodge a complaint and I am yet to receive a call back.

Wonderful experience! Isel, RN, was very attentive and caring. The X-ray Technician was extremely helpful and very respectful. Sorry I don't remember his name. The wait time was reasonable. Very happy I chose Pine crest Urgent care....

Great service. I showed up 10-15 minutes before they closed and they still helped me flush ear wax out of my ear and got me antibiotics to treat my ear infection. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hospital. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could.

There was no waiting time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered.I got seen super fast!I also got my meds from the little vending machine thing in the lobby and I was out. Everything went smoothly very convenient

It was a great experience. I was taken back to the examining room without much of a wait and attended to quickly The Dr requested an xray and 10 minutes layer it was confirmed I had pneumonia. The staff was very professional and I highly recommend Baptist health Urgent care.

This place was fine and nice, but my son was literally seen for a total of 10 minutes and they charged me $600 for which I am being charged $400 plus the $90 co pay for the urgent care. He had his blood pressure taken and temperature checked and they sent me off with a prescription. I called the facility and that is apparently what they charge. It’s absolutely absurd

I went in with shortness of breath and the staff immediately took excelent care of me. Their patient etiquette is amazing. I honestly wish that other urgent care centers would take notes on how important is the care and individual attention given to the patient. I would drive 30 mins if needed just so I can get the same treatment. Great staff 100% Thank you all for your services

The staff was excellent and very attentive. Two thumbs up to the nurse who took care of my father (sorry forgot her name). She was very patient and empathetic and explained everything in great detail. The whole procedure was done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this facility.

From the front desk, to the nurse, the doctor, and the discharge person, everyone was professional, accommodating, efficient and could not have been nicer. And for patience in the Baptist system, ready access to the database could not be more helpful; the exit documents even had all of my upcoming appointments as reminders. And the prescriptions were phoned in immediately to my pharmacy and were ready when I got there. I was very glad that I went to Urgent Care and highly recommend it.

It was clean and satisfying for a short stay. Everyone was super curiosity and my doctor and nurses was very professional towards me. It was the most comfortable experience for me while I was Ill. I was recommended service here and I see why. Thank you to the team at the Urgent Care. I hope they continue to excel and grow professional

As a Baptist Health Nurse I am even more proud to say the nurses Alicia and Stephanie were two of the greatest nurses. They were very compassionate ,Professional, thorough, informative and kind. The doctor, x ray tech and other staff members all worked together to make the visit great. The doctor sat down to explain everything in detail and I was very grateful for all of the assistance today.

Great staff! Front desk coordinators are courteous and efficient, and all doctors/ nurses are professional and caring. My family members and I have all been seen at the Pinecrest Baptist Health Urgent Care on different occasions, and we always receive excellent service!

Excellent customer service once I got into my room. Front desk reception could have made eye contact and treated me like a patient instead of a number! The volume of Covid and Flu patients was high. The Nurse, Doctor, and Tech were fantastic. Thanks

I got there 5 minutes before they opened. I was 5th in line. I liked how they numbered the form we had to fill out so we were called in the order we arrived. The waiting room was clean and the chairs were spread out. Everyone wore masks. I waited about 15 minute and was prepped by Nurse Alicia - she's FABULOUS! So professional and personable! After 20 minutes my tests came and Dr Jimenez check my breathing and gave me the diagnoses. Nurse Alicia came in after another wait to explain my meds. In and out in less than 2 hours. I've always loved this location!

The experience was perfect. I was greeted with a friendly & helpful front staff, RN, Stephanie, was professional & efficient as well as the X-ray tech. The doctor was informative & friendly. Finally, I was provided with info to fill my script in the waiting room so I was ready to begin treatment immediately. The process was outstanding!

I was seen in a timely manner. My nurse was very professional but quite friendly. She explained very clearly what they were going to do then proceeded with the next phase. The doctor arrived spoke to me about my symptoms checked my heart. I was also informed about how long the tests would take After about 20 minutes the doctor arrived with the results and explained my medication the nurse returned with the instructions and I felt it was very well organized and I was pleased with the overall experience. I think the urgent care facilities do a wonderful service

I highly recommend Baptist urgent care at Pinecrest. I brought my 2 year old son on 06/20/22 at 11:20 am. Although it was busy and had a long wait time the nurse Gabriel and the security guard took their time to inform us to be patient and even offered some refreshments while waiting. My son and I didn’t need the refreshments but I think it was very thoughtful of them . As soon as we got inside , the nurses were very courteous and made sure my son was entertained with little toys and stuff. Our nurse Vivienne was very professional and was very kind and caring towards my son and I. she was very informative during our short stay and answered all of my questions. Also, our provider Andrea Morgado had good bedside manners and made us feel at ease. Thank you for taking care of my son’s healthcare needs. Sincerely Marguerite Corona

Pleasantly surprised visit to the Pinecrest Urgent Care. I did not wait more than five minutes to be brought back. The staff was extremely kind, and thorough. I left within an hour or so, with everything I needed included my two prescriptions. Great experience, and I would go back there anytime.

The nurse was thorough and really listened. The doctor did too. I was particularly impressed that the doctor offered something for pain and not just an RX for the condition. They were great, both explained medication side effects. It was nice to be treated with compassion.

This was my first time at the Baptist Urgent Care facility. I saw the nurse, had an X-ray on my chest and then saw the dr all within an hour and half. I was very impressed. The only negative thing I could say is that the prescription machine was broken so I had to go to my pharmacy to pick them up. It would’ve been more convenient to get them at the urgent care center but that is really the only negative thing I could say. I’m grateful for the kind nurses and doctor.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff from beginning to end were beyond friendly, the establishment was very clean and organized. The quality of the care I received was top notch and I was attended to in a timely manner. The front desk attendant was very warm and provided a wonderful first impression. The nurses and the doctor were very professional, nurturing and informative. I will be recommending this urgent care facility to other people.

I received an expedited excellent treatment and service from all the Staff and medical professionals. Everything was geared to attend to the needs of the patient and to his treatment and directions. Very impressed.

No. 1 very dirty No. 2 wife and I saw the picking garbage without washing hands started cleaning the Coffee room area My Doctors nurse sent me there to get specific test done instead of going to ER NO. 3 Didn't get to see anyone in 3 hours No. 4 there was literally no one that came during that when we finally went back to be seen their no patients in the back. Then Doctor because she couldn't and didn't know how read the results wanted to sent me to the ER I asked her to upload everything to the portal so my Doctor and nurse could read it No. 5 then the Doctor wrote in the notes refused treatment but sent us his home with antibiotics
