on
7/3/2022
to
get
two
rotisserie’s
chicken,
it
seemed
like
the
busiest
day
of
the
season.
As
I
proceeded
to
the
deli,
I
passed
the
jewelry
department
I
seen
a
fragrance
I
loved
for
an
amazing
price.
I
patiently
waited
and
watch
thdider
service
skills.
I
made
a
purctried
to
use
a
gift
card
and
to
no
avail,
I
paid
with
my
credit
card
and
she
explained
to
me
my
gift
card
for
$12.98
could
be
stripped
because
it
wouldn’t
work.
Making
small
conversation
I
mentioned
I
just
came
in
here
for
chicken
and
I
didn’t
want
them
to
run
out,
because
I
experienced
this
at
the
Doral
location.
Toca,
then
said
head
over
to
customer
service
and
I’ll
go
get
the
chicken
for
you,
I
was
amazed
and
she
did
just
that.
However,
the
customer
service
representatives
were
not
that
knowledgeable
and
after
being
there
for
over
fifteen
minutes
with
my
chicken
and
calling
for
a
supervisor
no
one
was
still
able
to
help
me
utilize
my
gift
card.
Toca,
came
over
there
after
assisting
another
customer
and
seen
that
I
was
still
there
and
showed
them
how
to
fix
my
gift
card
so
I
could
use
it
at
check
out
after
they
made
me
call
the
1800
to
verify
the
card
was
active
and
the
amount
was
on
there
they
still
didn’t
know
what
to
do.
Toca
,
thank
you
for
kicking
customer
service
out
of
the
ball
park,
you
made
my
day!
We
need
more
people
like
you
in
the
world
and
also
the
young
lady
(Jamaican)
who
was
going
around
signing
customer’s
up
for
scan
and
go
oh
my
she
was
very
patient,
great
customer
service
and
helpful
as
well
being
that
it
was
my
first
time
at
this
location.
You
never
know
what
a
person
is
going
through,
sometimes
it’s
the
little
things
that
means
so
much.
I
smile
and
be
kind
even
though
I
just
lost
my
daughter
and
everything
can
be
a
trigger
but
it’s
people
like
these
two
young
ladies
that
makes
the
world
a
better
place
by
just
simply
doing
their
job!
