    This Sam's Club is one of the better locations. It's clean, well stocked with plenty of parking. Can be a little tricking getting into the parking lot depending on which direction you are coming from. Seems coming from the north there will be some parking lot navigation required! Besides that, as I said it's one of the better ones located in FL. Currently as of this review their gasoline prices are 10-14 cents under $4.00. Updated photos to be posted soon!!! Recommended

    Sams Club in Coral Springs never answers calls and no hot hot dogs in months!! At least they answer phone and they have hot hot dogs at the West Sunrise location!!!

    Nice, well stocked club. We really appreciate the pharmacy. The floor mopping robot chases me though. I Update: 12/9/22. The mopping robot had a driver today and did not chase me. Update 5/18/23... The floor mopping robot and I have reached an uneasy peace. Awesome service from pharmacist Dominic. He saved me $ by making sure my Sam's Plus ➕ membership discount is applied to my prescriptions.

    Placed an online order today at 11 am and app said it would be ready for pickup today between 6-8 pm I waited until 8:30 for a text and when I was going to drive there because app said in progress, GPS informs me they closed at 8:00 pm Couldn’t find an option to cancel the order. I went to Winn Dixie and bought what I needed, I come home and received an email at 10:00 pm saying order is ready for pickup… and they charged my card. It was only 7 items, they could’ve completed this on time or could’ve called to say sorry we can’t process your order. Edit: although I haven’t placed any more online orders, I’m satisfied with Sam’s Club products, and I can recommend the Optical.

    Loved the customer service from a tall black young man helping two men that wanted two of the big soldiers which he loaded on their chart. I ask do you know if you have of the dolphin signs & he took me right to them. He helped me because I couldn't reach them & also pointed out they where on clearance. You don't fine many workers that want to help anymore. Who's I got his name.

    It's not as busy as Costco or BJ's, unfortunately no Gas (Petrol) stations. Everything is kept clean, but kind of disorganized. Prices are more expensive compared to BJs. I'll try it out and see, but not worth it for me.

    Hassle free shopping, but the reason I put a 4 star is today at noon I went to buy a pizza preztel and the two ladies that work there were rude and did a terrible job on the pizza pretzel leaving a aluminum foil inside the cheese!

    I hadn't been to Sam's in over 20 years but decided to take advantage of a "free" basic membership offer ($45/year with a $45 gift card sent to you to cover that expense.) In many ways very similar to Costco with a lot of "store brands" (Members Mark products). Some prices are better some a lite worse but they seem to have a wider variety of items, likely leveraging Walmart buying power. They offer headlight reconditioning which is what attracted me, though there was a scheduling snafu so I'll need to go back. I liked that some of their fresh meat/poultry etc was available in smaller packages and really reasonably priced. So far quality has been excellent and on their "special discounts" they have great deals. With the more expensive Plus membership you get discounts and rewards in the form of annual cash back bonuses. What really makes a difference is their "scan and go" feature in the app which allows YOU to scan items as you put them in your cart and pay so you avoid check out lines. Some items even offer additional discounts for using the app as well so that's a major time saver. I'll definitely be shopping there more often and will consider the plus membership. Tried the sushi last time I was there and it was pretty good for store bought. And an excellent deal. 15 pcs of California roll for $7!

    This review is about Sam's Club Credit Card services. I drove 40 minutes to redeem my cash back rewards since the only way to redeem them is in a club, just to learned that I was supposed to use a new credit card, which was supposedly sent to me but I never received and was never informed about it, even though my cc doesn't expire until January 23. How ridiculous!! The supervisor I spoke to on the phone, Mark, wasn't helpful or nice and hung up the phone before I got my chance to take the quick survey I was offered to participate in. Very disappointing after so many years being a client!! Bad business!

    I visited this location because I was in the area. Wish I can give a zero. After checking out at a self check out station the machine was out of printer paper. The employee Belkis was in this area helping with self check out. I was next to be helped and waved and spoke to the lady several times and she walked off like I wasn’t even there. She then proceeded to help a Caucasian guy who pointed out that I was waiting for a while before him. She brushed it off and helped 3 other people before me. I reported her to her manager whom said she will talk to her. I have also reported this to the sams feedback online. It is just my belief that sams employees should be helpful to everyone despite their skin color. After that experience I will never return to this location as I have been a sams member for years. I also took a picture of her name tag and told her this will be reported as it is just unacceptable.

    Place is always out of what I come for. Fairlife shakes, Broccoli, rotisserie chicken, are not in stock more often than they are in stock. Not to mention all the employees look and act like they hate their jobs here. On my way to costco Can’t wait for the generic “we’re sorry and will do better” reply to this too.

    Visited today to pickup a few things. The store was super crowded which was ok it's nice to see people out and about. The parking lot had way too many shopping carts even though the store was busy. Not super busy but busy. Mostly the food court had the most people. I was in the store for 51 minutes and was in line at self checkout for about 9 minutes. This store is not as organized as the store on Coral Springs but what can you do? I'll visit again sometime in the near future.

    This is great place to shop. It's works for us because we just buy enough to last our family several weeks. We visit this store, Costco, Whole Foods, and to our of with Walmart when we need to do a lot of shopping, but including wholesale warehouses in the trips helps keep the overall cost down.

    Their in store app for scanning is excellent. Their online order system is terrible. Online orders do not reduce in store inventory so if something sells out of your confirmed and paid online order it is all cancelled without explanation. Not fun when you are driving over for pickup and see everything cancelled. Definitely room for improvement.

    I always go to this Sams club, but it's the 3rd time in the pass 3 - 4 weeks in which the rotisserie chicken is not well cooked, today the chicken I got was medium rare done.. please make sure its cooked properly in order to avoid intoxicating people, salmonella is no joke.

    I'm a customer who's spoken (within a week) to 3 customer service members, chatted online with 3 reps, and has had 3 Sam's Club supervisors call me back to all apologize and still did not have my order delivered... it's ridiculous. Empty apologies and gift cards are not the answer. I will be suspending all orders, business and personal moving forward. Sad excuse for a business. My local store is the Sunrise/ Sawgrass location and would love a "trained" supervisor to reach out. Thanks

    Was able to run in and get the flowers and plants I needed, and get out within an hour. Got sone fresh sushi and a cooked chicken as well. Clean and fast and Holuday music wntertaining me.

    I’ll choose Sams Club any day over Costco! Parking is easier and not a zoo 24/7. Sams also has a great “scan as you go” app which is a game changer in my opinion. Sams Club is alway clean, great price point.

    Never been to this location. Somehow I think an employee is stealing customers information and making purchases and having fraudulent charges to customers account like me. It is unfair that we have to go through this when we trust Sam's app for someone just to steal our information and make fraudulent charges. This location facilitate a fraudulent purchase with my information. Whoever stole my information now has all my personal information an is so scary to know that someone has obtained your home address. For this reason I feel unsecure in my own home.

    The meat market is a joke here. Never stocked, and even one of the workers in the store said, "They are all lazy." When you go to sams to get meat, this location is way below Sams standards. I'm going to Costco when my membership runs out this year. The rest of the store is great, but the meat market at this location it really managed poorly.

    It's quiet in the morning. There is a broad variety. Some items are priced lower than other wholesalers but it generally comes down to preferences since my wife showed a stronger preference to Costco.

    Please check the expiration date! I went here with my daughter (who is a member) and brought groceries, pastries, cookies and chips. In our haste (to be in and out of the store) I didn’t check the expiration dates. The Churro Twist and Brownie Brittle had an unusual taste so I looked for the expiration. Yes, it was way past the expiration date. I live 45 minutes away so taking them back was not an option. Be careful and on all food products check the dates.

    The cafe in Coral Springs has better quality food and employees. Pizza was soggy and the soda fountain didn’t work so was forced to buy a bottle of soda, was charged for both separately. Should have been charged for combo price. Not my fault the fountain is broken.

    The most unprofessional sams club I ever been to. Not only I was encouraging issues when trying to return some things, but nobody around to ask for assistance and employees at the front dancing and signing to the loud music they have coming out a speaker they have at the front of the store, specially a lady with short white hair. Is this a professional environment or a clown show?

    I visited this location on 7/3/2022 to get two rotisserie’s chicken, it seemed like the busiest day of the season. As I proceeded to the deli, I passed the jewelry department I seen a fragrance I loved for an amazing price. I patiently waited and watch thdider service skills. I made a purctried to use a gift card and to no avail, I paid with my credit card and she explained to me my gift card for $12.98 could be stripped because it wouldn’t work. Making small conversation I mentioned I just came in here for chicken and I didn’t want them to run out, because I experienced this at the Doral location. Toca, then said head over to customer service and I’ll go get the chicken for you, I was amazed and she did just that. However, the customer service representatives were not that knowledgeable and after being there for over fifteen minutes with my chicken and calling for a supervisor no one was still able to help me utilize my gift card. Toca, came over there after assisting another customer and seen that I was still there and showed them how to fix my gift card so I could use it at check out after they made me call the 1800 to verify the card was active and the amount was on there they still didn’t know what to do. Toca , thank you for kicking customer service out of the ball park, you made my day! We need more people like you in the world and also the young lady (Jamaican) who was going around signing customer’s up for scan and go oh my she was very patient, great customer service and helpful as well being that it was my first time at this location. You never know what a person is going through, sometimes it’s the little things that means so much. I smile and be kind even though I just lost my daughter and everything can be a trigger but it’s people like these two young ladies that makes the world a better place by just simply doing their job! Thank you 😊

    I like SAMS Club. Usually very busy but self checkouts go pretty quickly. Been going for years and I know some employees by face. They're courteous... I have the same problem as with most big box stores. U finally have a fave item then it's abruptly discontinued. Otherwise, no issues.

    The store is kept well clean. Some household items prices are cheaper than other similar stores. Their scan and go app is ideal to use. As you shop your items you scan it, and when you are done you checkout and pay. You receive an electronic receipt to show the attendant as you exit the store. Very convenient.
