We have been going to this place because the instructor is very good. What is disappointing is that for all these months they have not been able to fix the showers for the kids. Basically, you can't control the temperature at all. It is either very hot, or very cold. Also, the shower head cannot be hung. The light bulb in one of the restrooms is out. Guys please we are paying for good service, this is unacceptable. I hope someone from management reads and addresses this.

This is the perfect place for your little one to learn how to swim. The instructors make sure your child perfect all the tools he needs to pass level and swim. In just one month my little one had advance so much. The place is child friendly and the staff is always ready to help!!

BSS Pembroke Pines is the absolute best! My daughter started lessons there when she was about 2 years old. Once she was floating and doing basic swimming/survival, I thought she would want to stop the lessons. Boy was I wrong, she is now 6 years old, has had a birthday party there AND has begun to make her own goals of getting onto their swim team. I recommend this place 100%. It is an indoor facility so you never have to worry about the weather! My daughter has an immunodeficiency and swimming in an indoor heated pool has given her an activity that is helpful and educational. She has made a lot of friends and LOVES the staff. Well worth the money...and I am happy she has stuck to swimming on her own, has learned pool safety, following directions and even making goals. Thank you BSS of Pembroke Pines! ;o)

The PP Brittish Swim School is a great choice for your little one to learn to swim. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The kids feel comfortable with the instructors and the pool is heated so they are never cold. There is also a great play area for the kids to play in before or after their class and there are almost always cartoons playing on their projector. The new owner recently re painted the entire place with a great ocean theme all around the walls including a pirate ship and giant octopus.

Our son Lucas has been going here for group classes and private lessons since he was 3 months old and we are so pleased and excited with his progress. He is almost two years old and he’s able to float and swim on his back now. He can also swim to the wall and climb in and out of the pool. Ms. Aubrey is an amazing instructor and has been so patient with his progress. She has really pushed him to reach his full potential, and our son is always so excited to swim with her.

Highly recommend! Instructors are very patient and make learning to swim fun!

Our grand son Logan 7 years old had a very good training for the second time in his vacation.The staff and trainers continue to be kind, efficient and service oriented.

The program great and the staff knowledgeable and patient. My children look forward to their weekly lessons as they progress to become independent swimmers.

This school and it amazing well trained instructors helped me learn to swim at this adult stage in my life. I am no longer afraid of water.

The coaches are very responsible and attentive, but unfortunately the school suspends classes without reasonable reasons, classes cannot be rescheduled at the time you have, but you must resume class at a different time, I suspended my son's classes for that reason and in the same way they charged me the following month from my credit card, I called them and they told me that they were going to give me a refund and more than a month has passed.

Really good private class. Good location and heated pool for winter time. Coach is professional and patient. Fair market price and flexible schedule. Will recommend for beginners to learn swim.

Our kids have not had much water exposure, and this has been perfect for providing them exposure and skills needed in the water. The teachers are all very kind and get to know the kids with great rapport.

I have a 3 year old niece that I bought lessons for at this swim school, she has has prior experience at other swim schools but did not show any progress. Within 1 month at British Swim School she was floating on her own and is always asking to go to the pool. The staff is amazing and the facility is lovely!

I have been with BSS in Pembroke pines for over 8years. All three of my girls have attended classes at this location. Love that they are informative, caring and always willing to help my children get through their strokes.

Amazing instructors! They are very patient with the smaller children despite all of tthe kids yelling and screaming (since they are still scared of getting into the pool) ! They are also very accommodating with their makeup classes! Their facilitie is always very clean and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend this establishment!

My kids have been going to this swim school for years. The staff is very friendly and my son learned how to swim faster than I expected! The instructors are amazing at what they do and are taking all the Covid precautions to keep the kids safe during the pandemic.
