Staff is always very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm always greeted when I enter and all of my questions are always answered to the best of their ability. Never feel as if any interaction is rushed even when they're busy on a weekend day close to closing time and their happens to be 10+ ppl in the store as well. Just wanted to throw in there they have very reasonable pricing on animals. Highly recommend this place to all reptile enthusiast in the area!

Best Reptile store you can find in Miami! The amount of exotic reptiles they have is unbelievable, from the outside looks just like a normal Reptile store , but once you foot is in is like you travel to the jungle! Highly recommend! And their feeding supplies is amazing.

Nice place but not many snakes. Nice for other reptiles but 2 snakes in the whole store.

I'm extremely displeased with his company, I called at the beginning of the week and requested a large number of African soft fur rats. When I was speaking to the customer service rep, she asked what day I would like to pick them up. I stated that I live 3 hours away and was expecting to be there Thursday at opening. I was told there was no problem and that they would have them ready for me. Cut forward to today when I arrive. I was told that they had not received the order, and that I should have called to make sure they have them. When the store opens at 11 a.m. and you live three hours away, it is impossible to call ahead of time. Especially when they told you they would have him ready at opening. I was brushed off when I explained that I was upset, and was told that the owner would get them there when he could. Thankfully the owner was able to get them to the store in about 20 minutes. However this completely delayed my departure from the Miami area and now I am late to pick up my husband from work. Had this been an error on my part I would not be upset about being late to pick up my husband from work, however this was an error on the company's part and it should never have been this way.

I've been coming to this place since I was in high school. The staff is very knowledgeable, even answering questions about your reptiles' health and diet. I love the new place as well. Only thing I'm not that big of a fan of is that they don't price match their products which makes it cheaper to shop online

The staff was very friendly and informative, I drove 25 miles and was not disappointed. All reptiles & other critters were taken care of and housed properly. I’m def coming back for feeder mice for my snakes

Went to get my son a tortoise and the smell was unbearable and unhealthy for my kid. We had to leave I’ve walked to other reptile stores but it never smelled this bad. Hope they address that other pet and reptile placed don’t smell this bad.. really hope it gets addressed because the store has a good verity of reptiles..
