    Terrible, poorly run dealership. I have been driving premium cars for many years and have never had an experience like I had here. I purchased an A4 with numerous electronic issues right from the beginning, so many that the car was ultimately declared a lemon and bought back by Audi corporate. My salesperson Luis had no interest in hearing about them, or helping me get to a resolution. The car spent over 2 weeks at service the first month I had it, and the service department was uncommunicative about what they were doing and when they expected to return the repaired car to me. This went on for months. If I reported a problem that did not show on their computer diagnostic, they made me feel that I was the problem. I ending up having to take photos of the screen every time it malfunctioned to prove what I was experiencing. The dealership’s proposed resolution was to take the car back and give me trade in value for it, which meant it would have cost me thousands of dollars to deal with the defective product they sold me. After that I went to Audi North America and opened a claim with them. It took a couple months but they offered to buy the car back from me for more than I paid for it, and gave me some incentive money towards the purchase of a new one. Audi needed a copy of my registration and I realized that I did not have my registration for the new car. I called motor vehicles and they said it had been sent out 2 months before. Turns out it had been sent to the dealer but they never informed me that it had arrived. I am impressed and satisfied with how Audi corporate handled this, but this dealership is a terrible representative of their brand.

    I purchased a 2022 Audi A6 45 TFSI Premium Plus from Millburn Audi in June, 2023. Joey was my salesperson. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Millburn Audi had priced the A6 competitively, and they made me a fair offer on my trade-in. Done deal. Happy customer. Millburn Audi moved the process right along. I was able to drive there from out of state (5 hour drive), test drive some cars, and complete the deal quickly. I drove there with my old car, and left that same day with my new (to me) Audi A6. I haven't had the A6 for long, but it was a dream to drive back home in it. This is my first Audi, my first luxury car. So far it's been an excellent experience. The dealership was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I'd recommend Millburn to anybody considering the purchase of a new or used Audi.

    Joey was amazing, extremely helpful and respectful. He was 100% honest with what i could expect in terms of payments and was answering all my questions the right way. Test drive was smooth, explained everything about the car. From the moment i walked in he said β€œyou are taking your Audi home today”, and i did for sure! The whole team was extremely nice, Chris - Adam were great! I am very happy with my experience!

    Edward Herrera helped me purchased a new SQ5 here today and I cannot say enough good things about my experience!! Edward was an incredible salesman and an even better person who clearly cares about his customers and goes out of his way to ensure they have a great car buying experience! He made the process smooth, taking the time to answer all the questions we had while always having a smile on his face. We also had a great experience with Christian Roman in finance was also very helpful and provided a similar great experience. To anyone who’s looking to purchase a new car, I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

    My Audi purchase was short of time. I had only a week to decide which ones to purchase. Fate led me to Audi and this branch has helped me throughout the entire process without any hassle. Mr. Joe Sasso is so much on top of everything he worked amazingly and I actually don’t know how he did it but the processing was just too smooth that the next thing I knew, I already have my Audi car key fob on my hand! Fantastic experience. Superb service. Amazing bunch of people. Best purchase!     Earlier this year we switched from Audi Manhattan to Audi Millburn and we are extremely happy we did. The level of service and attention is bar none. The comparison alone is an extreme difference. From each start of our journey through the service process we have been met with nothing short of first class service and attention, specifically from our service guru Matthew Carrington. He has been extremely thorough in his process and keeps us posted each step of the way.
