First
of
all,
Jasmine
was
my
waxed
and
she
was
amazing!
Very
patient
and
encouraging.
Would
definitely
see
her
again!
Unfortunately
even
with
the
great
wax
the
rating
is
brought
way
down
due
to
customer
service.
I
was
in
for
a
wax
on
7.27.
Was
going
to
buy
a
serum
but
decided
not
to
once
they
rang
me
out
and
told
me
the
price.
I
said
I’ll
get
a
refund
and
buy
the
smaller
version.
The
receptionist
along
with
the
assistant
manager
called
the
manger
to
get
help
with
the
refund
and
could
not
figure
it
out.
I
told
them
I
could
take
credit
towards
other
waxes
but
they
said
no,
they
will
refund
me
and
call
me
to
confirm
it’s
been
done
on
the
following
day,
Friday
7.28.
Well
no
call
came
Friday
so
I
called
in
on
.
Talked
to
an
assistant
manager
the
following
week
on
7.31
and
she
said
she
was
very
sorry
but
she
claimed
to
have
ran
the
refund
in
then
and
that
I
will
see
it
in
a
few
business
days.
I
let
more
than
a
few
business
days
pass,
no
refund.
I
called
back
to
talk
to
a
manager
and
the
call
center
said
they
are
in
a
meeting
and
will
call
me
back
later
that
day
or
the
next
day.
No
call.
Called
today
to
follow
up
and
they
are
supposedly
in
a
meeting
again.
It
is
now
two
weeks
since
the
assistant
manager
told
me
the
refund
was
done.
