First of all, Jasmine was my waxed and she was amazing! Very patient and encouraging. Would definitely see her again! Unfortunately even with the great wax the rating is brought way down due to customer service. I was in for a wax on 7.27. Was going to buy a serum but decided not to once they rang me out and told me the price. I said I’ll get a refund and buy the smaller version. The receptionist along with the assistant manager called the manger to get help with the refund and could not figure it out. I told them I could take credit towards other waxes but they said no, they will refund me and call me to confirm it’s been done on the following day, Friday 7.28. Well no call came Friday so I called in on . Talked to an assistant manager the following week on 7.31 and she said she was very sorry but she claimed to have ran the refund in then and that I will see it in a few business days. I let more than a few business days pass, no refund. I called back to talk to a manager and the call center said they are in a meeting and will call me back later that day or the next day. No call. Called today to follow up and they are supposedly in a meeting again. It is now two weeks since the assistant manager told me the refund was done.

Kaylyn is absolutely amazing she is always so understanding and willing to help you with anything! Kaylyn always makes my eyebrows look amazing!! She has always been my favorite!! 10/10 would recommend her!

Kendra is wonderful! She is not only extremely thorough in her waxing, but is extremely kind and friendly. She makes it a comfortable experience, enticing me to return consistently. I would recommend Kendra to anyone, she is amazing at what she does.

Alaina was great! She was so easy to talk to and friendly that the entire wax went by so fast and painless. She also was really knowledgeable about products and other services that she recommended. I am thankful for her expertise and would tell anyone not to be afraid of embarrassment or pain, just do it!

Kendra was awesome and very friendly. I was also so impressed how timely she was for both my services and she did such a good job. Plus, she was working hard and busting her butt because before I was done paying she already had the room cleaned and was calling back her next client. 10/10 would recommend Kendra.

i LOVE this establishment! i always feel so welcome walking in. i always see Emily and she is just so patient and supportive of choices without being pushy or making it seem like she's just trying to sell you something. i will recommend here and her to anyone :)

I have been a guest of European Wax Center for over 10 years now. The difference with the wax associates here versus other wax salons is the amount of detail they put in - they are always thorough, patient and attentive. Shelby made sure to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my service. She made sure to pay attention to my specific needs and I very much appreciate that. I will continue to see Shelby, when she is available!
