I moved in just last week but I've been speaking with Heather, the new property manager, for the last few weeks. We got everything squared away regarding my application and lease within a day of emailing. The application process was simple and the studio unit, upon move-in, was very clean. The unit itself came with a full bed, stainless steel appliances, a huge bathroom and absolutely tons of storage. I'll be here for the next few months with my dog but I'm glad to say I've already acclimated well to my new apartment!

As a Jewish resident, I was extremely uncomfortable living at Creekview Court. It was deeply disturbing to find a swastika painted on a neighboring unit's door. This lack of concern for tenant safety and security was alarming and made me feel unsafe. In addition to this, the noise level in the complex was unbearable. I was regularly woken up by people shouting and arguing loudly in the early morning hours. It was clear that the management did not take appropriate measures to vet tenants. Furthermore, I had issues with my security deposit. The management charged me for a damaged elevator that was already damaged before moving out my stuff and for a generic cleaning fee, despite my efforts to clean the unit thoroughly. Despite my repeated requests for concrete evidence, like cameras facing the elevator, the management could not provide any, and instead relied on hearsay. Overall, I cannot recommend Creekview Court as a place to live, particularly for Jewish residents or anyone who values their safety and security. The management's negligence and disregard for tenant safety, as well as the unbearable noise level, make this apartment complex an unsuitable place to call home.

Creekview Courts - the best place you could live in Buffalo if you want a quiet peaceful , fully furnished apartments . Heather and Joe and and entire staff has been very helpful . The apartments are just beside the University you can walk to the campus within 10 mins . The maintenance is super fast and Heather is always there to help you . The apartments are modern with everything you need . Everything is taken care of utilities , internet , trash and there is no extra cost associated with the rent . This place is perfect for students who already have busy life . The apartments have a club room , gym and study room that are great for students . The neighborhood is very green and beautiful !! Heather is the best property manager I have met she is very caring and helpful and addresses everything in a very prompt manner . A big Thank you to entire Bliss Team for making this place I call my Home for roughly 2 years now . I will miss this and have made some special memories !!

Hands-down the easiest move-in I've ever had to do thanks to the helpful and ever so friendly, Heather (Property Manager). Any questions or concerns I had prior to moving in she answered in detail and just made me feel real comfortable. Due to a demanding job, I was looking for a place that had everything I needed to make the transition as quick and easy as possible - and it exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, and had all the essentials I was looking for from the get-go. The only issue I had thus far was I wanted to change my shower head to increase the water pressure - and within 30 min to an hour of placing a work order it was completed (thanks, Joe!). That's efficient managing and priority very rare to find (in my experience) when living in a management operated apartment complex. I've only been a tenant for a few days now and I already feel very comfortable. Other tenants I have encountered have been nice and courteous as well. I can now say for certainty that I made the BEST possible choice by choosing Creekview Court over other options.

Was only in Buffalo for a year and so glad I decided to stay here. My apartment was so clean when I moved in. Heather is the best property manager I have ever met. All maintenance requests were taken care of immediately. She also quickly took care of any concerns I had.

My son, while attending UB stayed at Creekview for 3 years and I can honestly say it was a great place for him. We only had one issue with the ceiling fan in the bathroom and they took care of it the day after I requested a work order. Buffalo weather can be tough and the parking lots and sidewalks were always in great shape. I also felt my son was safe there, which as a parent was so important to me. The complex is always clean and well maintained. The property manager Heather was always so pleasant and easy to work with. She was always so patient with the million questions I asked. This is a really nice complex and you can't go wrong living at Creekview!!

Living here was a great experience! Heather is the BEST property manager I've ever had. She has been so kind since I first reached out to inquire about living here. I lived here for two years and I loved it. Great place for college students. All utilities and Wi-Fi included on top of being completely furnished! For someone who's looking to live in Buffalo but not plant permanent roots (like I was) this is the perfect place!

The price you pay to stay here is worth the money. Any questions you ever have the people who work here are more then happy to help. The apartment I stay in is always very nice. 10/10
