    I used to love this location. I live near another one but still come here but was disappointed tonight 11/22 around 10pm.. ordered poutine fries and literally they threw just a few fries in the box. Never expected this from them.

    January 2022: I forfeited lunch and saved space for dinner--the coveted Jim's Steak out hoagie that is a must have for visitors to Buffalo, NY. I ordered the frenchy with steak meat and everything on it. Pros: * Good food on corporate dime...I can expense this meal. * Friendly staff Cons: * The hoagie was tasty, but looked a bit "thrown together" or rushed. The presentation could be better. * The loganberry juice was watered down.

    While the food is tasty the packaging is consistently horrible. No matter how many times I request they package the items separately or use different packaging they rarely do and I end up with a mess all over my porch, and rushing to get my food in a bowl before the bag breaks. Then I have to clean up any mess that has dripped on my floor in the meantime. I can't imagine what the poor driver's car looks like! They have no reason to know a horizontal item has been packaged horribly in a vertical bag. Until it's leaking all over their car I assume. I have been ordering from this location since March but I won't be again.

    Apparently Jim’s Steakout on Delaware finds this acceptable. In case you couldn’t tell, this is a stinger sub…. Another restaurant in Buffalo that I will no longer order from ever again since they’ve been super disappointing in awhile and it’s not just this Jim’s locations it’s all of them.

    My stinger was made wrong. The cheese is skimpy, steak and chicken fingers are dry. The chicken fingers seem not so fresh with skimpy sauce and why are they chopped... banana peppers that I paid for are missing... completely disappointed. Of course I'm eating it because I'm hungry and don't have time to go back to get it remade today.

    Come on Jim's!!! I'm being generous right now by giving you 3 stars! I love your food and it's been a while since I had it since I now live in California. I'm born and raised in Buffalo and have known the chicken finger sub for as long as I can remember. Tonight's order would have been perfect if not for a footlong piece of female hair in my Jim's Bleu! Luckily I caught it before I took a bite. Now....I could've not finished it and brought the sub back but with kids and dogs in the house and a hungry group - I was hungry and so I removed the hair and ate the sub. My wife wanted to call it in and go through all that but I told her that I don't trust that just from past experiences. I've learned that not everyone is trustworthy and if you complain about food at a restaurant.....Yea... Maybe that next serving may have something special waiting for complaining...it sounds nasty but it's real! Anyways, the sub was delicious, hot and fresh. Next time, please hold the hair! Thanks. I'm hoping next order I can give you the 5-STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ you deserve! Humbly, Ryan

    The freaking manager named Jasmine was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to my entire life it’s not our fault, She was born ugly and she’s mad too pretty girls walk in All we wanted was blue cheese and hot sause on our freaking sandwich that we traveled from Connecticut to eat. I called after I open my sandwich and saw that there was no blue cheese or hot sause on it after I cut half of it to give to my drunk uncle. So I told him I will bring my house back. They said they would not except it. Jasmine was very rude and disrespectful like somebody was coming out of her paycheck.

    OMG so much food and so good. I got the Hoagie Deluxe Bomber and the Mac and Cheese Bites. Everything was so delicious and very reasonably priced. Who doesn't love a good Philly cheesesteak?!

    Ordered (2) 2 finger snack literally 2 min after the order they text my phone stating that the order is ready for pick up. Picking up the order and opening the box I was instantly disappointed by how sloppy and small portion it was and the food was not hot it was barely warm it needed to be heated back up in the microwave server name is Tomas N, I’m not sure if it’s the person who put the food in the container but he need to take his time and prepare petiole food properly

    The steak subs are awesome tried it 3 months ago for the first time been there about 15 times since they're the best steak subs I've ever tasted in this area I drive from Rochester just for these steak subs

    Ordered two large tacos , one steak , one chicken and requested and paid for extra meat and cheese on both !!! Not the case , was very disappointed in the large amount of lettuce , tomatoes and sauce but I didn't order lettuce and tomatoe Taco's 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ... Late nite order at that , Very Disappointed ... Plus I don't order from Jim's often at all anymore ... Won't be ordering anytime soon SMH !!!! Thanxxxxx for the Large lettuce and tomatoe Taco's with extra lettuce and tomatoes 🤬🤬🤬🤬 smh ...

    Called to place an order & seemed as if I was bothering the worker. Barely let me get my order out & once I did gave me the price, time & slammed the phone down. Just rude! Delaware location is close but I’d rather patronize another location.

    Mistakes happen, and it's good when they're accounted for amicably. I spoke with Jazzmin about a problem with a recent order, and she was exceptionally helpful in getting the matter resolved. I definitely will be going to this location again.

    They make the hoagies sloppily every single time. I don’t know why I continue to order from here to get the same results. I didn’t get what I wanted to begin with, the subs were soaked in grease, and as soon as I pick one up it falls apart. The workers must be too lazy to make it presentable or even give DoorDash customers what they paid for! 🤦🏻‍♂️

    I ordered a taco salad for the first time. It was a salad with taco meat thrown on top. I have had better taco salads with more dressings for 1/2 the price at a pizza shop. Thats where im gonna go from now on.

    We came from out of town and they totally didn’t get our order right. Jasmine the so called manager refused to refund us for a small little 6 inch half of a sub like the money or the little piece of chicken cutlet was coming out of her paycheck .. Customer service and quality is disgusting and she was super unprofessional and very rude and disgusting. You could tell she looks like she smells.

    What can I really say bout jims! They're amazing duh! They do mess up once in a blue but that's once in a blue so still eat there. I highly recommend the Philly steak wit light sauce cause they be drowin them damn subs in that jim "steak sauce" they be soggy after they dump that whole bottle on there. Lol jkjk but frfr get light sauce unless you like soggy buns 🤣

    All I can ask is "what happened". I paid over $40 for 2 sub combos. Fries tasted like dirty grease even though they were hot. Meat in the sub was chewy and had some cartlige pieces - Grose.

    Friendly and professional. I ordered their steak sub and its delicious. The fries were a little too over cooked for me but ill be sure to make a request for softer fries the next time I'm in.

    Depending on which location you visit service can rate from good to average some locations still have tip jars if your server sees you drop change in a tip jar they are more likely to be pleasant I do not prescribed to this method because I think that as a franchise they should act Pleasant all the time I recently just started eating there again before covid I visited a location and while I was waiting the cook accidentally dropped what are the meat spachelor and without hesitation picked it up and continue cooking since I've have returned they have made improvements they no longer offer a Jim's reward card it is now directly connected to your email and credit card..................
