The three guys working the dinner shift at this location last night were fast, efficient and made the best Frenchy I've eaten at any Jim's Steakout. When I told them the loganberry was watery they wasted no time correcting that problem and let me know it was ready. Service like this is a rare experience in our post pandemic world. Luckily, I listened to my husband and we ended up here instead of where I wanted to go. Kudos!

We tried Jim's steakout for the first time, and we weren't disappointed. We each had a steak and cheese sub. And the mac and cheese bites to share. The subs were really good. At first I thought they were a bit pricey, but then realized that it was real steak, and a lot of it. The bites tasted like kraft mac n cheese. They were coated and deep fried. Not healthy, obviously, but yummy. The staff was decent, and made our subs to order. They were not overly busy. We will go back some late night again.

This Jims Steakout is the best I've ever worked at. Everyone knew what they were doing on the job, and they don't leave any crew members struggling, they all work together to help one another no matter how busy they are. Managment was very professional, and has dedicated workers that will go out of their way to help customers, no matter what type of energy or attitude a customer has. I would love to work with a crew in a kitchen again, that has such focused workers as this location has.

The food was amazing, but even more amazing was that I forgot my wallet when I finished ordering and the Manager of that location took his time to make sure I RECEIVED my wallet back!!!!! THANKS A MILLION, TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

Jim's been at this for a long time he didn't get to this point and so many stores because its bad. Very nice steak subs and more. 4- 5 star

Food was good! It was really busy as they were the only place open the staff was very apologetic to us for the wait and continually thanked us for our patience!

Always enjoy my hoagie from Jim's. Great tasting food and handed to us extremely fast.

Good food but a lil too greasy literally dripping grease....a lot messy whn eating lol. however and quick service would definitely try more with less grease sub

Jim’s on Sheridan is the goat of all Jim’s. They are always going above and beyond for the customer. Very rarely do they ever get an order wrong. The order time is always quick 10-15 minutes usually it’s done before the time said. I really can’t say enough good things about this team. Big shout out to the Sheridan team, you are Jordan level compared to the rest.

Never in my life have I even thought about leaving a restaurant review but I have nowhere else to complain about this. Cashier was impatient, rude and jumping all over me when I tried to tell him what I want on my stinger. I KNOW you asked me if I want lettuce, tomato and onion, that’s why I told you JUST ONION. I’ve worked at a point of sale before so I get the job can be frustrating. Then him and the owner/manager started full on arguing. Thought I was in the twilight zone.

I ordered a plain chicken finger sub. They gave me a sub covered in mild sauce. Really quick service, but they definitely rushed and didn't pay attention to the order. Food tasted decent with the sauce. Just annoying when they don't listen

What an embarrassment to buffalo this is. Ordered a chicken finger sub for my friend visiting from out of town. It came as a soaking wet, sloppy, mess. Chicken fingers were old and thin. Completely inedible. $15 right into the trash. Do not get food from here

This is the best Jim’s around. Food is always delicious and fast. The service is extremely friendly.

Food was excellent , every employee but the female who cashed me out, African American girl with nose ring , was wonderful , she was extremely rude and shouldn’t be working there if she can’t at least give out decent customer service ,

I've been to this location many times and never had a bad experience till yesterday. The girl at the register was very rude and miserable. My food was super greasy and nasty.

Usually the food is pretty decent, but one of the workers came into my place of employment multiple times last week, harassing me and making inappropriate comments. When I went there to grab food the other day, another worker gave me an attitude as I picked up my food and one of them barked at me as I was walking out. All because I turned the first one down (mind you he’s about double my age.) I will be going back to Jim’s but definitely not this location ever again; unfortunate because it’s one of the few places I can quickly grab food while at work.

I love the food but I don’t understand why you guys got rid of your nacho cheese at all of your locations. Not having it as an option for fries is crazy and I miss it bad!

Over priced food. Not worth it in my opinion. The employee who answered the phone sounds like he is stoned out of his mind. When we went to pickup the one employee was so messed up he was like a zombie.

Giving 5 stars because of the great employees at this location. Came in 25 minutes before closing because we had a hard time finding something open late after our son's high school hockey game. Thought for sure we would get some grief for coming in so close to closing time but the employees here were beyond pleasant. Went above and beyond!!! Wish I would have caught their names so I could mention them by name. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious too.

Food was wrong, tremendously slow and fights breaking out within the store.. It couldn't have been been a worse experience. Was going to dine in but the events dictated that we should leave.

If you're going here for a chicken finger sub or steak hoagie that's always a solid 7/10 you'll be happy and they have Aunt Rosie's loganberry and some good fry sides

This place has some really good food!! Customer service is pretty good, the foods excellent, and the time is quick. Highly recommend this place!

This location does not deserve any stars! With everything i order, i received half the amount. Everything was poorly made, and over cooked. And the employee taking my order had zero phone etiquette. But this is what i get for giving this place a second chance, but it will not happen again. GET IT TOGETHER!

This isn't the type of food I usually eat, but a friend wanted to visit. The venue looked a little sketch, so I was skeptical, BUT it was really good. Had the chicken tacos ... yum.
