    Food here is ok, but there’s a black lady who works night shift who’s extraordinary arrogant to customers. She’s messed me up like 3 times. She packed me food and drinks for 2 customers the night of August 1st 2023 at drive thru while dashing. I asked her a very simple question: Which are the drinks for customer A and for B? Guess what! She rudely replied and said ‘go away I need to serve other customers, you don’t pay me’. She banged the window and harassingly chased me away! The store is terrible! That specific black lady is a total mess!

    Rude drive thru person. I couldn't read the menu because there was a glare on screen & I have cataracts. Rudely she yelled "Read the menu" when asked about a combo meal. Asked for receipt she said receipt paper out. I wanted to join the rewards program but no receipt. Just go to Taco Casa where personnel is friendly. 🌮 🌯

    Horrible customer service I went last night 8/9/23 around 11pm black lady at the window had a horrible attitude she mug me like if I was stupid when I asked her a question. Won’t be going to this location anymore. Management needs to take actions, especially when I see familiar recent comments in the past month about customer service.

    We went through the drive thru on Thursday around 2. As we pulled into the drive we seen the truck before us drive on to the window. So we looked at the menu and continued to the window. As we got up to the window. The lady at the drive thru flung the window open and was extremely rude she stated" i said hello, how are you twice". then said "well i don't take orders at the window." The whole time having the worst customer service and making me feel as if i inconvenienced her. I did apologize for not hearing her. And she still processed to be rude. So we left and went to another place.

    They have the nastiest tasting Mexican pizza! I tried them when they first came back out .. it was horrible.. I really use to love the Mexican pizza back when they use to put green onions on it .. so I said let me try them again the other night ! Same nasty burnt old food taste ! Trashed it all !! Ughh I was mad and hungry

    Horrible food. I'm sure the meat was no where near serving temperature. The shells were crumbling and falling apart. It was around 1230 so the food should have been fresh. I ordered a #1 crunchy. I am at the tipping point of avoiding fast food. I did cut back to 2 fast food outings a month. I might just avoid TB all together

    Crazy how you order something and it comes back something else. Then when you bring it back to the counter, are told you can have a side of lettuce to make it yourself! I’m I paying for myself to make this?!? Awful service from two specific people. One said out loud that she wasn’t going to remake the order. Then gave me a side of lettuce to make my own order.

    I’m literally giving any stars because the food was decent. I’m sick of going to certain locations with the expectation of bad customer service. The girl at the window literally took my order, didn’t repeat it to me and when I got my order and said thank you, she didn’t even respond. Horrible attitude and I’m definitely calling corporate about it.

    Terrible workers, terrible food. Will never be going here again. Food tastes and appears as if it had been sitting for hours. Stale 5 layers, the grilled cheese dipping taco was soggy. This establishment needs to be shutdown, and the employees should be denied unemployment when it does get shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

    Can never seem to get orders correct or my name when its often the same people making the food and reading my name out loud. Today in particular their kiosk malfunctioned and it didn't send my order. The lady on the drive thru yelled from the drive thru how to use the machine start to finish after explaining what happened just in case the order sent. She clearly didn't listen and treated me as incompetent instead. Rude and incompetent staff

    Come on Taco Bell, you keep letting me down. At this point the crumbling shells and wet bottoms are my fault because I keep coming back expecting something decent. 4 out of 4 tacos looked like this.

    The guy who appears to be the manager was trying to do this sarcastic thing. May I take your order but not really. Then he said hurry up order please thank you. Then after we get to the window he said would you like sauce I said yeah he said, I'm not giving you any then said hold on one minute. I get it, but there is a time and place and that played Hawaiian style shirt didn't help either. The food was sloppy.

    Glad they brought back the double Decker taco. Will never go to the one in Forest Hill Texas again. Staff were rude and did not want to have any customer interaction. Forced us to use the kiosk even though we were paying with cash. Staff acted as if that was an inconvenience. And there were no other customers at the time, so it's not like they were busy and couldn't take our order fast enough. Seriously.. customer service should be a priority when in this line of business.

    Always messing up my order how hard is it to take a food order ? Who’s hiring these people are they getting proper order taking training!? It gets annoying getting your order wrong over and over again.
