I asked for a simple green iced tea,Not only did I wait 10 minutes for it and I got a frappucino cup instead. Unacceptable to say the least.

THE BEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!Wonderful, wonderful customer service. Morgan, Dalton, and Brooke (sorry if those spellings are wrong) are all the three the definition of what customer service should look like! I will for now on be driving out of my way to come to this location. What a great team they have in there! Every single individual greeted me as I walked into the door. Whatever manager is running this store… should be the upmost proud in his/her staff. Outstanding Customer service!

These baristas are kickin’ butt despite how busy it is. Arrived at 6pm and they are SWAMPED, and doing their absolute best. Store lobby was clean, counters were clean and they were working hard despite the long drive through line and busy lobby. Good job guys !

This was one of the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever seen I had to walk in because the lady that worked the drive through in the evening was just all over the place i think she was NEW but she did forget to give me my sandwich so i had to drive back to the location I went in & the counters was a MESS! There was fruit all over the counter it was just nasty! Also the drive through line was long an moving slow & they also didnt have any STRAWBERRY PUREE so so I couldnt get the drink I originally wanted! I hope this location gets better!

I come to this Starbucks almost daily & no hesitation, this location has the best staff. They always get my drink order right & go above and beyond each visit. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE

Really happy to go through the drive-thru and receive a coffee that's about room temperature if it's even that hot. Now I can turn around in traffic and go back, throw this s*** cup of coffee out the window.

I usually get coffee and bring my own travel mug. The staff here knows to fill the mug with hot water to preheat the mug. It's a nice touch and deserving of a nice tip, which I do.

I ordered a pistachio latte and 2 orders of the kale egg bites (because they were out of the impossible breakfast sandwich). Kale bites: I had never tried their kale bites but these things were bland and flavorless. They don’t even have any kind of hot sauce or sauce for that matter to accompany it. Pistachio Latte: I don’t know if it was the person who made mine but only the foam had flavor, the rest of the drink just tasted of warm milk. Staff: For the most part some of the employees seemed indifferent, and cold with their interactions. I asked for napkins (because for some reason they don’t have a station to grab utensils) and the young women handed me just one and was irritated I asked for more. I don’t go to Starbucks much but I will definitely not go back to this one. I’ll go buy 3 dozen eggs at the amount I spent here. (eggs are around 6 bucks a dozen now) :P

This Starbucks and the one on Westcreek is the best Starbucks, here in Fort Worth. These are the only 2 that I've been to where my drinks are made correctly and the staff are friendly. Keep up the good work!

Waited 30 min for an order that was already placed and when I finally asked Jules to check the MANY mobile orders that was stacked and sitting by the window she acted as if i was bothering her telling me they only had 1 bar and when another person asked she ensured them that their order was up next with a very nice smile. Won’t be back! Sorry I bothered you JULES!

Every time I’ve been to this Starbucks, they get my order wrong. I order basic drinks like earl grey tea, blonde roast coffee, etc and they always give me something completely different.

i ordered pumpkin spice cold brew w cold foam there was no foam or no pumpkin spice flavoring so disappointed when I took my first drink so not wat I was expecting .. I know they are busy but please guys I WANTED FOAM N PUMKIN SPICE....

One of my favorite locations, always gets my drinks correct ! Great customer service & fast service.
