    To clarify the recent bash review the elderly couple that was told "You may try again another day." Was told so because they pulled up and asked to have their sample thrown away. The drive thru employees are never supposed to take in outside trash to keep cross contamination from occurring even before and ESPECIALLY since COVID-19. They informed the older woman that they actually could not take the 2oz cup back and apologized. She then complained rudely threw the cup at the window and smirked. If you litter, are disrespectful, AND also THROW things at employees you will also be asked to try again another day. This entire store is covered in cameras that run 24/7 and have audio recording. There isn't a situation where anyone would feel so comfortable as to simply bash an older couple for no reason. Complete nonsense.

    This Starbucks is always clean and tidy with great service inside and through the drive thru. It's a little small inside but there always seems to be somewhere to hangout. All the employees are super friendly.

    A little training needs to be given with respect to prioritizing customers and orders. Waited 10 minutes On a Sunday with no other customers actively in line, for one drink while the employees would stop and divert their focus on anything; problem, another customer, squirrel who came within view and would lose focus on the task and customer at hand.

    I normally have good experiences coming to this location but today was not so great. I ordered through the drive thru an ice water and a ham and Swiss croissant. I was almost home when I looked into the bag and there was a dark strand of hair with my croissant. I give them two stars because I called them and they offered to warm up another one and the lady was very apologetic. I told them I was coming in this time and I noticed no one wore hair nets or hats and their hair was down. I honestly feel disgusted to even think about ordering from this location or any other Starbucks because of that. When a person works around food and drinks, they shouldn't their hair down and flying in peoples' food and drinks.

    I watched an employee tell an elderly couple she refused to serve them after the older woman ACCIDENTALLY dropped her taste test cup while trying to get it thrown away. I don’t know what kind of world of policy you and your employees work under but I can tell you NOBODY needs to do business at a place that DOES NOT know how to do business. Very unprofessional. Flat out rude. You ALL really need to do better. Clearly leadership needs to be retrained to PROPERLY train. Being kind and a respectable person should be policy anywhere. 🥺👎🏼 got my refund and drove away. ✌🏻

    Oh how I love you Starbucks Great customer service majority of the time Get a salted caramel nitro add sweet cream 😋 🥰 Edit: Called today to ask about the new Starbucks drink that’s coming out, it sounded interesting enough sooo.. can’t wait to try it and will be updating whenever or wherever I can get it. Thanks again Starbucks and staff :) Edit: uhg that new coffee never came so idk I’m super disappointed. Guess I’ll just stick to mychai 🥱 Edit: Literally do not know how I like my drink Went back for remakes on several occasions in which I was treated passively as well as being argumentative with me. Babee u don’t need to do that with me Please just stay positive but trust and bAlieve I have no problem not coming back to this location. Y’all lost two stars because of this Guess I’ll just stay home and make my own ish idk 🤷‍♀️ IT’s better anyways ✌️

    This place is always an adventure. Just today, I witnessed a woman get out of her car and yell at the car in front of her. Always incredibly busy. I feel for those who work here and the customers they have to constantly deal with. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your coffee fix - avoid this place at all costs!

    Dear Starbucks, I recently went to your establishment and was greeted immediately by an employee, Maddisyn, when I ordered a plain black coffee they didn't hesitate on asking me if id like cream and sugar which is something I usually have to ask for and beg for to the other employees. The service was fast and generous as I felt welcomed. That employee deserves a raise!! I will be back!

    RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! Terrible service, awful customer service and the place could really use a cleaning. I ordered two drinks, one reg pike place and an hot chocolate, not difficult. After paying nearly $10 for two very plain drinks, the barista slapped the coffee down in front of me (the lid not secure and they didn’t even ask if I wanted anything in it) then said he’d be right back and there i stood and stood. I basically had to beg for a couple sweetener packets and cream. Still! There I stood and stood. Finally I asked if I could have a refund for the hot chocolate that never arrived. He rudely snapped “it will only take her 40 seconds to make it. Then why hasn’t she made it? Instead, they’d rather you stand there so they can treat you like you’re loitering. I finally get my drink after feeling stupid having spent my money at a place that treated me so rudely. It’s ridiculous! I get to my car and realize the coffee taste like junk!! I refuse to go back in there and complain, what a waste of time and money. Shame on you Starbucks! It’s never ever sanitary there. Every single time I have visited this location there is an issue!! I will never return! Please please close this location!

    They made my drink wrong and when I tried to get their attention the girls walked passed and avoided eye contact and rolled her eyes as she was walking away. As I was standing at the front, the girl proceeded to ask the other people behind me what they needed but proceeded to ignore me. That seemed extremely racist and shows that they don’t have the slightest clue about customer service. Never coming to this location again.

    After redesign, they now only have 4-5 SMALL tables in one corner. Every group that came through complained about it. There was no flow to where the line should go and I heard someone say "this line is awkward" and he left without a drink. I took a spot near an older man who was studying as well. Another man joined and later picked a fight with me. He also flung water at me like a child. This location has some seriously unfriendly customers. More places to sit would have helped.

    This location needs to be bigger with more staff. Every time we come here it's always an insane wait time. Drinks are not made in the correct order. The manager, or at least I assume she was, was yelling at the workers and the customers. Door dash does not get paid for waiting. They only get paid for waiting if they chose pay by time option at the start of their dash. So if we accept an order for $5 we get $5 whether it took 5 minutes or 30 minutes. After our visit we vowed to never come back here. I only came back 2x to pick up doordash orders and both times it was a mess.
