Great experience so far! I had a consultation where I was given a lot of helpful information. I've had 3 sessions so far. Underarms, bikini area, and a free leg treatment on my first time. The legs were PAINFUL and the bikini area is sometimes uncomfortable, but the PA that performs my sessions is very nice and understanding. She stops when I need a break and is very reassuring. I have dark hair and olive skin and I've seen significant hair loss after just 3 sessions. I'd say up to 80%. The hair also grows MUCH slower. It is expensive and painful, but I highly recommend it if you have trouble shaving. If you have a low pain tolerance, try asking for the more sensitive laser. :)

The staff here is phenomenal! They work with you on scheduling and financing. Everyone is always happy and genuinely smiling, which is always awesome to see. As far as the laser hair removal itself, I cannot recommend this highly enough. As someone who suffers from chronic ingrown hairs, I've tried it all- shaving, epilating, waxing- and I've still had to deal with ingrown hairs. I've done 5 sessions so far and I'm 95% clear of hair in the treated areas. It looks like a lot of money at the outset, but with the payment plan it ended up being cheaper per month than waxing, and it's PERMANENT. I absolutely love it.

Love love this place!! I wasn’t expecting to see results until the 3rd or 4th session. But I was able to see a change after the 1st session. It also was not as painful as I expected it to be. They are good about offering breaks and applying pressure in sensitive areas. It was so nice to feel so confident after just the 1st session. I get so excited every time I have an appointment coming up. I know I’m one step closer to being permanently hair free. Staff is always so welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I recently came in for a no charge consultation. After meeting with Tracy, we felt very comfortable and well educated on the process. After making our decisions our appointments were immediately scheduled. The entire process was smooth and easy.

Please read it.. I learned it hard way They don’t explain to you everything about payment options, basically you lend money from a 3rd party so, You can’t go back after you signed a contract so make sure you read it before you sign (they will take an entire hour to talk to you how laser hair removal is amazing but wouldn’t give exact information about payment/how important it is to read the contract) Bridgette did my consultation and I asked her why is she asking for my SSN and all other info, the answer I got was “to get payment plan, don’t worry we don’t check your credit score” but that is wrong. I learned few days later that the credit score gets checked, even my information has been leaked to other banks (yes there are new accounts opened with my name and personal info which I haven’t opened) . All this happened after I gave my info to milan laser. When I went to talk to them in person I have been told all the information was provided to me clearly which is WRONG. Bridgette says that all the information she filled out during consultation was going to 3rd party which is a lender and they check your credit score not us and we don’t have your personal info. How come you don’t tell me all this when I am right there in front of you during initial consultation. I am upset about all the situation and surprises I got, there’s no transparency. Please watch out for yourself before you give any business to them.
