Nice clean place with a comfortable seating area, staff was very polite. Courteous and knowledgeable. Did my first cold therapy today for two mins and according to the staff the benefits are numerous especially with body pains and aches. The temperature is dropped to -120 degrees using nitrogen and it does get very cold in the therapy chamber. They are pretty busy with repeat customers indicating the benefits of this type of therapy .

Absolutely over the top service from Kym and Connie! Love how amazing I felt when I left.. probably didn't sit down for 4-5 hours outside the drive home! Felt like I was walking on clouds. Once my financial situation gets better here soon I'll definitely be coming in regularly and advocating for the business. I only recommend places and things I believe in and y'all have definitely made me a believer and an enthusiastic one at that! Definitely a very surprising experience considering I was walking into a place I knew nothing about! Couldn’t recommend it more and to capitalize on the compression therapy, which was my favorite part! The experience was incredible but paired with the staff… other businesses should take notes on how to treat your customers and spread positive vibes physically and mentally!

I’ve been doing my cryotherapy sessions here along with my twins and we love it. They are athletes in school and I am recovering from regular aches and pains 😂 I highly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and a friendly environment with great services.

The absolutely best spot for cryo/recovery in the area! I recommend the sauna, cryo, and compression to help alleviate muscle soreness and get an overall relaxing experience!
