I've just got approved to move in a two bedroom apartment here. My leasing agent Eve was heaven sent. She made sure me and my family found a place here. She's been amazing. From other residents that I do know that stay here has had nothing but positive things to say about this community. I look forward to becoming a tenant here and developing my own experience with the staff and community. Thanks so much for allowing me and my family to be apart of this community.

I've been here 3 years. I keep to myself so I don't have many problems. They are second chance. I had and broken lease from when I was 18. Hopefully when I do decide to move they will be a good rent reference. As I've never been late on my rent in three years. They come and fix what you need same day or if they are busy the next day. As long as you keep communication with the office you will not have issues. Love my office ladies very nice and professional.

We were thinking about moving here, so we stopped in for a tour. Yadira and her staff were so nice and had such great energy and answered all my questions and concerns. I can't wait to move in my new 4 bedroom apartment. It's so huge, I have plenty of space when my family comes to visit. The grounds are kept clean , they accept my fur baby ,they have washer/ dryer connections , a business center, as well as a pool and they even have an after school program. What more could your ask for? It's very convenient to my husband and my job. I'm super excited about our move next week! Thank you guys for making everything so easy and possible for us.

I’ve been living here for three years now, it seems like every year when the summer comes around our ac unit is always going out; and we always have to wait months, literally months before it’s fixed. Not to mention within my three years of living here the pool has been opened up ONCE. It’s always being “cleaned” so if this is one of the entities you are looking forward to, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Although I can say they have done some improvements on our complex parking lot which I’m extremely grateful for, considering you was messing up your cars tires every time you drove in and out. Alongside that, the area is genuinely peaceful for the most part, you may see a lot of people out but everyone definitely minds their own business over here.

I'm a resident of Village Creek Townhomes, I've had nothing but great experience with the office staff. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with the staff here. They're very helpful and knowledgeable, the level of professionalism that both Yadira and Eveanna have bought to this place is unmatched. All the creative resident event put on and the fantastic customer service, if your thirsty or need a snack you can always find it in the office. Thank you so much for your exceptional service from the front desk to maintenace. Keep up the great work.

I've been here 3 yrs and I have to say Eve was and is the best office assistant ever!!!! I was so sad and ready to leave when Eve left because the new staff wasn't nice at all but now that she's back I'm ready to renew my lease. She actually talks to you like she cares and doesn't just treat you like Just some resident! Eve you make my stay here less stressful and I love working with you. Eve shows empathy, she's caring, and seriously I wish every office had someone like her! The best decision this place could have made was bringing her back!

I Love my new apartment manager and assistant. If this is your first apartment this is where you would want to be they teach and and guide you through your first experience. Thank you so much Ms. Rosa and Ms. Macio you women ROCK .

I like this apartment but one thing to fix A/C is long story it’s almost one month they don’t fix my A/C it’s too hot inside and I have a child who she is one year old imagine I have rent but still I don’t sleep in that house because of the A/C I go to the office every day to tell them about it until now is not fix they be telling me they are coming to fix it 🥹🥹 maybe here they will see my comment and come to fix it the website right now is not working 😂

My anger is so much and this is my way of venting it. I do not recommend anyone to live here, much less with children. They do not solve any problem. Two months ago, my husband told him about our problem with the air conditioning, like me, there were other residents, I called the city and before After it arrived, they cleaned the air conditioning so that the city could see it clean. At this point we are still without air conditioning. No manager solves anything. Many managers have passed and the current Margarita doesn't solve anything either. When I was an assistant to the previous manager, she told me that we were renting a a/c with the rent money and that we did not pay the rent for that month and now it turns out that they gave me an eviction order since I did not ask for any proof now they tell me that it is a lie as the city came every week for our case they have The dams were taken on Saturday, the RECA lifted our car, they say they lifted it at 8:15pm and that day I got home at 1:00am, I registered my car and they didn't approve it, I asked for help to register it and they told me He couldn't help me because if something went wrong, it was his problem. In short, it's a business they have with the RECA. If I leave my car on the street the next day, the glass breaks because there's no damn security. Now my roof is gone. The roof is falling, I already reported it and they came and once again THEY RESOLVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Do you think this is a decent place to live? Of course not . I asked them on several occasions to break my contract so that I no longer want to live in this disgusting place, if my roof falls in and something happens to one of the two children, I will hold them responsible. THIS PLACE IS NOT LIVABLE DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE. And other problems that I'm really not going to say because I don't make sense of them.

Great place to stay the Office and Manager really cares about their residents. If your having any issues with the apartment or rent, they are more then willing to work with you. Very affordable price if your looking to start over or just move to a community based property. Pet friendly as well.

Let me start by saying I am so pleased with yall choice of hiring Ms. Eve as your assistant and leasing.... Ms. EVE WELCOMED ME WITH A WARM SMILE SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT SHE LISTENED TO MY SITUATION SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE WHOLE DURATION OF MY VISIT SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER CALL OF DUTY FOR ME WHEN I HAVE NEVER MET HER BEFORE THE DAY I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE.... SHE NOT ONLY MADE MY DAY BUT SHE MADE WHOLE YEAR.......
