There are so many Roaches you will see them before the bed. They give you 15 minutes to complain so don't take to long going in. They offered me nothing in return. They didn't try to switch my room or spray just sol. Priceline does not help you either. It becomes your problem on your dime. So enjoy bugs on your face if you pick this disgusting facility. Don't bother complaining They font care.

I was pleased by the quick check in-experience and the friendly attendant on duty who assisted with getting me a room. I was shocked by the cleanliness, organized and stocked room that I walked into. I was hesitant at first due to half dozen motels in a row and with knowledge of the reputation of the other motels, I chose Red Roof Inn. Boy I am glad I did. I will be staying more often with Red Roof Inn. Praise out to the cleaning staff there.

I had to go pick up breakfast and when I called and asked to be connected to the room, he wanted to know WHY I was calling before he would connect me. I didn't expect my day to start this way. I got a little angry, I asked to speak with the manager was cut off by the manager, and then they wouldn't answer for some time

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. The experience was not too shabby. The area is a little creepy, and throughout the night, there was just a lot of noise. The room itself was very nice. I can tell you all recently renovated, but the comforter and the pillows had stains on them, and the sheets and dog or cat hair; I'm not sure which one it was. I have awful allergies, so what I had to do was strip the bedding and put my covering on top, and bring my pillow from the car because if not, I would have been sneezing up a storm all night!

I had the worst experience of my life.Walked into the hotel and immediately I spotted roaches. I realize this is not a 5 star hotel but spending $81.00 I expected to get what I paid for. I stayed in the room and I reported to the front desk about the roach they came to the room and sprayed the visible roaches. As a result I requested another room the gentleman stated they were full. I tried to sleep and one hour in roaches were in the bed crawling on me and my significant other. I went back to the front desk demanding a refund. I immediately demanded a refund but at this point I was finally offered a different room. I went home. They gave me a number to call for complaints wrong number but because my male friend wasn’t giving up they stated it will take up to 4 days for a refund. Wait for it and I’m still waiting

Second worst motel I have stayed in over 65 years. Filthy, cheap linen and towels, horrible service. TV didn't work. Disgusting, no coffee or breakfast. Couldn't believe this was a Red Roof Inn.

First thing I'll see when I'm going to a room is a cockroach the room smell of bug infestation and mold if you're just going there cuz you need to get off the road and sleep and the price is good other than that I wouldn't have asked anyone to stay at the hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It's right next to the freeway and unless you're a heavy sleeper, you'll be up all night. It sounds like the freeway is right next to your bed.Oh, and my room didn't have water or internet when i checked in for my 2 night stay! I called the front desk when i checked in and they assured me they were going to have it fixed first thing in the morning. When I came back to the room later the next day, still no water or internet. I called the front desk again and they said that the maintenance guy never came. When I asked to be moved, they said they couldn't. After two nights of no sleep, no water and no internet, I asked the manager for some sort of refund for my stay and he refused. Then i got the automated 'feedback' form later that day and I told them what happened during my stay and asked for some type of refund (any amount) as an apology for my inconvenience. I heard back from a manager via email, but he too, refused to do anything to make things right. I do believe that a service as basic as water (and internet) when you check into a hotel room should be expected. If the property can't provide that basic service, and still refuse to acknowledge their failure during a guest's stay, then this is the type of review that someone will be motivated to make. I've never left a bad review for any establishment until now. There are 3 or 4 other properties to choose from within 1/4 of a mile of this 'hotel'. Pick ANY OTHER hotel, but this one!

Crickets were in room, writing on doors, stained bedding, unclean bathroom, etc. horrible customer service when I complained about the room. Do not recommend. Only good thing is that they do allow pets.

We were in an unfamiliar area and states away from home but this hotel was closest to commute to work which is what brought us to Ft Worth and why we picked it. We stayed for a total of nine days. The positives : Check in was easy and the room was clean and free of pests during our stay. The parking lot is brightly lit up so safety wasn’t in question here. The Negative: My frustration began and ended with housekeeping and being disturbed on a DAILY basis. Which isn’t necessarily their fault, they’re doing their job as directed by management. Do not disturb signs are not provided here which seems to be done intentionally. Supposedly they’re trying to evict problematic long term residents and they’re wanting to attract people passing through or those in our case, there temporarily for work which is great but seriously need to reconsider the way housekeeping goes about doing their job while also respecting guests and their privacy. No one wants to feel like they cannot relax or not be able to catch up on sleep. Reciprocating respect is everything. I found it rude to be woken up even on a day off from work to housekeeping persistently knocking. Even answering the door and saying “no thank you” housekeeping was literally trying to push their way into my room. I would get it if during our stay we hadn’t had the room serviced at all but that wasn’t the case. Housekeeping had during our stay changed out linens, towels and cleaned the room. Mind you though the comforter that was changed out for a newly laundered one we noted had apparent cigarette burn holes on it. We were due to check out the following day and housekeeping again was adamant about changing everything out. Management was even aware we were checking out the next day so why bug us? That was the last straw and we ended up checking out early and took the hit of paying for that night stay while booked elsewhere.. It’s not okay to harass people like that especially paying customers who keep to theirselves and haven’t caused you any issue to act that way.

I will never stay here again.flies all in the room and a roach was crawling between the sheets. Yes between the sheets...roaches dead on the floor The tub was disgusting and I was afraid to use their pillows so I bought my own. Horrible horrible horrible. Talk code compliance gone wrong 😕 However, the a/c was wonderful Even as hot as it was outside.

The folks working here do an incredible job. The owners Nikki and Bee (i hope im saying it right!) are extremely kind. The housekeepers Rocky and La also do an amazing job. They really do put a lot of effort into keeping the rooms clean and come through quite often and they are very respectful of my property in the room. The Wi-Fi actually works really well and we're in a room that's not very close to the office though when it rains sometimes it will drop, but that's to be expected. You also get HBO and some other really good channels. Also Gustavo does a great job keeping up on the maintenance. My door had a dead battery and Gustavo fixed it in no time. For what it's worth, this place gets a bad wrap but honestly 99% of the issues come from the people staying here not the people working here. Treat them with respect and they will give you the same in return. Bottom line If you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay with solid wifi and good TV. This is it. Regards, Daniel

Roach infested. Toilet clogged. Informed management, however no one came to fix it. Management was more concerned about what people were coming and going.

My husband and I have stayed at this location for months at a time with no issues until I decided to leave my room to go run errands. Normally I refuse service here because the staff are constantly trying to be nosey and see what items you have in your room etc etc. On my arrival back to the room I noticed some of our items missing that were left out on counters, when I tried to inquire with the front desk I was not offered any resolution nor any empathy towards the situation. This location does not offer the right of service refusal as they will enter your room while your gone anyways. After filing a complaint with Red Roof Corporate I found out this property put me on a "do not grant" list after accusing them of stealing my personal belongings. Don't even waste your money here because they don't clean the rooms like they say and they obviously don't spray for insects or pests as they are always joining your room at all hours of the day.

These rooms are trash ! The blankets are stained and have burn holes in them. The wifi doesn't work at all !! The latch locks are broken, no chairs for the tables and the water in the sink barely runs.

The staff was nice sincere and helpful to our situation. We just ended our apartment lease and was waiting on another one to be signed. Quiet and a better environment then when it was a motel 6. Thanks red roof staff employees.

Really great price, rooms were nice and staff is very friendly. Especially if you stay here often. Red roof is my second home.

No wifi all night. Called the front desk twice and let her know that I had no wifi. No offer of a different room or any conselation. No wifi for ur customers. I feel that constitutes a major discount. Or better yet a full refund. RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT RED ROOF IN!!!

I WAS WORRIED FOR MY LIFE STAYING HERE. The manager, she is a woman by the way, is the devil. She will curse you out, threaten you over the simplest thing. The renters will stalk u, as they did me . STAY AWAY Unless YOU ARE READY TO DEFEND YOUR LIFE

This was the nastiest motel i have ever seen. GENERALLY NASTY...shower area was a pitiful..bedspread was stained ..tv did not work..had to ask for towels..towels were just a bit thicker than the toilet paper...the basin to wash hands was not clean..found empty whiskey bottle leaned against exterior wall...manager was indifferent. Located in a seedy area.Avoid this place

I had to call corporate complaints because the front desk kept hanging up. But the few seconds it was a good call, they didn't bother to tell me they were having connectivity issues. Too long of a boring story. Every one of them were extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!!!

No stars for this place, will never be back. I asked for a nonsmoking room and when I walked in the room it smelled like smoke. The plumbing sucked, barely any water coming out of the sink or shower. Very Noisy!! Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Find another place to stay. Don’t waste your money.

Sketchy place to stay. The beds were horrible and the room smelled like smoke badly. Every employee, except the front desk woman, barely spoke English, if any at all. They were very unhelpful because they couldn't understand anything we were saying, the conversations went in circles. So because of this they're frustration fires at me with attitude and dismissal. Water pressure sucked. Umm... What else I think that enough Info that you'll need to make an informed decision. Good luck if you stay there, at your own risk!!! Lol naw it's not that bad
