Update 10/26/2023-We stopped by around 5:30 and ordered 2 Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiatos from the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful as always and our drinks were hot, ready quickly, and tasted delicious. I always have a great experience at this Starbucks-it is hands-down my favorite Starbucks around. Update 06/17/23-We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon and ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Nitro Cream Cold Brew and White Chocolate Mocha. Staff was friendly and quick-our order was ready in under 5 minutes. The Cold Brew was outstanding-it was absolutely delicious. The White Chocolate Mocha was great-exactly as I expected. I updated my rating to 5 stars as both coffees were labeled. This Starbucks continues to make excellent coffees and provide great service. I will certainly return! We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Our order taker was friendly and knowledgeable, and our coffees were ready immediately. Both coffees were excellent and on par with ones I’ve had at other Starbucks. I only gave 4 stars because the coffees were not differently labeled and I wasn’t told which one was which. There are plenty of tables and sofas inside where you can chat and work, as well as plenty of outdoor tables, with chill vibes. This is a nice Starbucks location-I will definitely be back!

This is a really good Starbucks. Brad and Sydnie were the cashiers when I swung by 2 days in a row. They were both friendly and efficient. Another thing is that this Starbucks has an organizational table for all the drinks sorted by A-Z. There is a line for each letter! I haven’t seen any other Starbucks do this yet, but it’s super unique and cool - what a great idea whoever came up with that!

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. No extremely long wait time, no rude workers and they make your order exactly how you ask. Love it 10/10 ;)

I just left the Starbucks here this morning the customer service was horrible the young man that serve me made my drink wrong twice and was not friendly at all . I’m very disappointed this is my third time visiting this Starbucks and since I have been visiting the Starbucks has been great but this morning was a horrible visit I’ve been to much better Starbucks franchise

I come here almost every morning since it’s the only coffee shop closest to my job. The baristas are always super sweet. And regardless of how busy they are I always receive my coffee so quickly and they make it right every time 🥰 I love this location.

Extremely slow service with full staff. This store has a real leadership problem…no one is ever in charge and people are always just standing around…clueless.

Can be very slow. They ask for a tip now everywhere just for handing me a coffee. I'd look for a different location in the area. The precinct line and airport frwy location is much better.

Good drinks ok food, but some of the BEST service I have ever seen from any type of place. 11/10 service for sure.

Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady was super helpful and full of energy, I didn’t get her name but she definitely was the reason I was starting my day Great! This Mocha Cookie Crumble with Carmel is amazing !!! Thank you

Drive thru is fast and very friendly. WiFi is good for video calls/meetings. Clean location.

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The drinks are always made to perfection and the baristas are super nice. Last time i was here I gave Emily a complicated drink order and she never complained I was being so extra, then proceeded to write a sweet message on my drink 💕.

You would think if you work the drive through and interact with the customers you would have some sort of personality & customer service skills- that definitely wasn’t the case today. Zoe/Zoey took our order today and it was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Not personable at all, borderline rude. Also, they were extremely slow and a simple “I’m sorry for the wait” would’ve gone a long way. Instead she didn’t ask how we were or offer any kind of apology and just handed us our drinks without saying more than a couple of words. It was extremely disappointing and I hope she learns how to treat customers in the future.

Candice and Isabella and Valeria go above and beyond here! My wife and I are in here at least twice a week! We always feel well taken care of and enjoy every visit! It feels like a second home! Candice runs such a great Starbucks and team, it is a well oiled machine! I hope her district manager sees this review! Thank you Candice and team for everything you do! Defiantly the best Starbucks in the DFW area! Must visit!

I have been going here for a while, but on august second I went and a customer honked at me in the drive through. I have no idea if I was in the wrong or if they were. However, the barista was so nice, comped my order, and wrote a sweet note on the cup. I have truly had nothing but good experiences at this location!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to customizing our drinks. This location has great spacing with their furniture which makes it much more comfortable.

Very consistent. My third time in and it always seems to be the same. I order a tall pike, as in…a simple cup of coffee, and the person who takes my order wanders off to do something else while a couple others stare at their phone or count the till. I guess my expectations are too high because at every other Starbucks I’ve been to the person who takes my order has the wherewithal to turn around and pour a cup of coffee and I’m out the door…

This location is one of my favorites in the HEB area. Quality and accuracy of order tends to be a bit more consistent and the drive through less cumbersome. Service is friendly and quick.

Delightful experience at today’s Pop-Up Party. Even though it was an absolute madhouse for an hour, the drinks were perfect and the employees were doing an excellent job.

They are fast, but don't go inside order. They will put you behind the drive thru and online order priority. This is a very bust location. also.

9/15/2022 When are you restocking the Bacon sausage egg wraps ?? it's been 2 weeks they've been out of them. They magically appeared as available in the app today but I guess it was a trick to lure customers in. Then when the customer arrives they offer one of the other stale sandwiches
