Stopped here to grab some coffee only to be treated so disgustingly by jasmine, I believe is her name. I’m appalled, and honestly dunkin should be ashamed to employ someone with such a disturbing and ill attitude towards the general public. I understand bad days happen… but they happen TO EVERYONE. She needs to learn how to control her temper at the very least. I will not be returning here, ever.

Worst Dunkin I ever been too. The customer service was awful. They gave me an attitude when I was debating on what I wanted, didn’t tell me what my total was, and touched my donut with unclean hands. Also I called them and they talked over me and then hung up the phone without me getting a chance to barley speak.

I'd like to congratulate the store manager at Dunkin Donuts on Bellsferry @575 for being my A hole of the week. I typically splurge about 3 times a week on Dunkin. I order the same thing every.single.time. Large ice coffee, extra cream, extra sugar, light ice. Same order at different locations. TODAY, Jasmin schooled me🤣 She TRIED to hand me a partially filled cup of ice coffee, I basically asked her to give me the rest of my drink. She then explained to me in so many words that Dunkin would be hurting for money because of orders like mine that request less ice. Basically....ice AKA as water would typically fill the cup and by asking for less free ice I'd be getting more coffee😆😁 I asked for a refund and the district manager's contact information. She stated she would see if he had time to reach out. The manager gave me a refund and took back the (almost) large ice coffee, so rather than giving the customer 3 more cents of coffee, I would presume that this drink was now poured out...hence wasted...what does that cost Dunkin? I literally drove 1 mile down the road, ordered the same exact thing and drove away happy. Thank you Dunkin on Chastain for giving me my 3 dollars AND seventy cents worth of coffee!

Best Dunkin in Kennesaw. First its open for 24 hours for all the night/early morning workers and I NEVER have to wait for the Midnight roast when at others, I have to wait 10+ minutes for them to make a midnight roast coffee. 10/5 stars plus everyone that works there are very kind and soft spoken. I would drive to this Dunkin from 10 miles away if I needed too

I am normally a 4-5 star reviewer, but the lack of product and poor service lead me to a 2 star on this one. I have had a couple of bad experiences but this last one was the tipping point. 2-star Scenario: Ordered 5 items. 4 out of the 5 items were not even available. Got to the window and found out the fifth item was also not available (it was a seasonal special). They did not change the charge of the item even though the replacement cost less than the original order. I will never make the mistake of going to this location again.

Food and coffee are always to order, but the service is lackluster. There’s two young men who work together weekdays that are particularly slow and often make me late for work.

I always get overcharged here!! I asked for an iced caramel latte with whip cream I got charged for a signature and I hate cinnamon which the signature comes with. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to upgrade or anything and also the grown lady working the window is always passive aggressively nice. I can’t even ask for ketchup without her throwing a fit!! Just go to Starbucks next door !

Went through the drive thru later in the PM for a cup of joe and a snack. Coffee is always on point and service was prompt and courteous. The donuts however were hard as a rock and without the coffee I probably wouldn't have been able to swallow them. Restaurant looked fairly clean from what I could see. Had to give you 3 stars cause no excuse getting such a poor quality product from someone with Donut in their name.

Made a large order and they were quick and friendly. Had everything I wanted!!

I usually go here daily around 3:30 am on my way to work, but I must say the service was great until they brought in the very rude girl. My iced coffee has more creamer than coffee and my donuts were hard and stale. For what I pay for iced coffee and donuts to be served stale donuts and milk is ridiculous. I did try to order a breakfast sandwich to be told she wasn't serving hot food. I believe she needs to be replaced with someone that actually cares about customer satisfaction. I can get better service at a gas station with actual coffee and donuts.

I was surprised to see a whole rack of Bismark's so I got just these donuts. I have had donuts from all over, but Bismarks are my favorite. So often they are out of stock so thank you for making the best ones.

I stop at this Dunkin 6 days a week. The convenience is not just that they are on the way to work, but that the staff there does an EXCELLENT job at efficiency. I am constantly seeing 3 or 4 people doing the work of 7. They help each other on different stations and as soon as I walk into the door they remember my order now and pass the drink to me without me having to go to the counter to let them know I’m picking up my mobile order!

I know it's late but if you're open serve the same quality food you'd serve at the earlier hours or else what's the point. (which judging by some of the other reviews this was the quality to expect). First no hazelnut. Then after repeating the order back wrong we finally leap over that hurdle just to see our food when we get home(Idont eat while driving I'm bad at it). is disgustingly burnt. My Wake up wrap was more of a hard shell taco with black cheese. This seems to me to be a personel problem.

Can't get a good coffee at night. Impossible. Worst tasting liquid I've ever had the misfortune of drinking in my life. Get rid of all the night workers. The coffee is fine during the day Update: went back next night, still f****** horrible Update 7/24/22: Much better, keep it up!

I ordered two toasted sesame seed bagels which took probably 10-13 minutes and that's definitely longer than other Dunkin' locations. But the staff isn't rude at all and the wait isn't too bad- at least for me, though may complicate those in a rush.

Really Dunkin? Come on. At least give us enough cream cheese to eat the whole bagel. Service it’self was fine, so I gave 3 stars. But this is the second time in a row I have gotten a bagel from this location, and there’s barely any cream cheese. It’s disappointing.

This particular Dunkin' had a very clean lobby and they were very friendly. The staff was quick to help me learn how to use the new rewards program. An overall very satisfactory experience!
