I have ordered from Five Guys many times and anyone who goes to Five Guys knows they load you up on fries. This was my first time going to this location and they are quite stingy on their portion. It is absurd to charge over $6.00 for a regular fry and not even fill the container. I will add there weren't many more in the bag. I'm sorry $20.00 for a burger and fries (and meager portion sizes is unacceptable). This will definitely be my last time visiting this location.

I decided to try this place due to a coworker. Food was OK. I ordered 2 bacon burgers, 2 large fries, and 2 milkshakes. The older lady who took our order was super nice and made me smile. She was the best thing going for this location. However, the food was expensive, and to me, it wasn't that impressive for 55 dollars worth. I think this place is overhyped and just stick to Burger King. I wish they gave trays when ordering inside instead of paperbags. But it is definitely overpriced, and the hype is not worth it. Save your money and try another place unless you wish to overpay for burgers and fries.

Why is this place so overprice for burgers, hotdogs and fries? They give you the Medium sized fries and charge you Extra-Large prizes. The burgers are good but you can get bigger ones cheaper at a sit-down restaurants. The don't keep up with the ketchup dispensers as the last two times I have been there there was no ketchup. They got rid of the mustard dispensers, vinegar bottles, and the peanut snack that one used to enjoy as you waited for your order. The whole restaurant's floor are slick but the bathroom floors are worse like they use the same mop from the kitchen. That's a falling hazard even when it is not wet. The soda mixing machines are horrible. Why did they get rid of the old style soda fountains. Why Five Guys ask their customers for tips for all they did is call your order number for you to pick it up at the counter in an big generic paper bag?

The employees had an attitude, and my they put my food together all over the place, threw my fries in the bag right in front of me, and the Pattie’s are burnt. To be honest I want my money back this is terrible. Milk shake was the only good thing

Very quick service, and the burger was well made. Taste like home. The fries don't travel well, but it is best to eat on site or immediately. It's more pricey than expected for 2 people.

After the first five guys in Douglasville closed a couple of years ago I was extremely happy that they opened a new and better location. Food is always good. Burgers are hard to beat. They are a little bit expensive but it’s all fresh ingredients and delicious so worth it in my opinion.

The burgers are juicy and freshly made. I love the fact that you can see the food being prepared, there is no guessing about cleanliness. They wear gloves and ninety-nine times out of a hundred the orders are perfectly filled. Great location.

We are repeat customers spending $30 to $40 per visit for 2 people. We have always LOVED it until tonight. We are used to enough fries for at least 2 and tonight , the container wasn't even full and the fries tasted hours old and the burgers were DRY :( SO DISAPPOINTED

Food came quick, tasted awesome. They are expensive so keep price in mind, but definitely worth it for special occasions. Fries are a must, you get a ton. The dude at the register was nice while my grandma struggled with the electronic pay, great service.

Five Guys is one of our favorite places to grab a lunch. They greet you when you come in, care to get your exact order, and have generous fry portions! I also enjoy the free peanuts while waiting for my order.

Came here for the first time to try Cajun fries. I've had this once in Michigan and loved em. This place puts very less seasoning on the fries. I did ask some on the side and they forgot that too. I had to ask em again. Disappointed.

Let's start with the food. It is great!! The cost is crazy high! Even considering the quality. If it didn't cost 60 dollars for three people to eat (this includes 2 children eating), then they would have been given 5 stars...So yes, two "little burgers", one regular one, three regular fries, and two drinks. $60... crazy
